Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Horn Lake

Called in my pick up order at 7:03pm for 2 pizzas. Location on Goodman Rd, near Hwy 301.Was told it would be 20 mins. I arrived in 20 mins at the drive-up window. Paid. Was told it would be 5 more mins and to pull around to the front and they'd bring my pizza out to me. (All of this was handled by the same person, a young male with a monotone voice, no personality what-so-ever!) Waited out front. At one point a young lady bringing someone else's order out, told me she was checking on my order. Few mins later, this same young lady brought out another order and I stopped her to ask about my order. She then tells me she couldn't find my 2nd pizza so she was having them make me another one. I asked her why someone just didn't come out and tell me that? She didn't say anything. More time goes by, my order finally comes out by a different young man. No apology, no offer to refund my money, nothing. He was more interested in my dog in the front seat. It was now 8:05pm and I still had a 30 min drive home to a husband waiting on me with our dinner after he'd been working in the field 14 hours today! And to top it off, we both noticed the pizzas were made correctly but didn't have much flavor, kinda blah, and I LOVE pizza - but...

I noticed my pizza was taking a while so I answered the store number when it called my phone. I was then informed that the driver had knocked on my door and no one answered. This was around 9:30 pm, I then replied telling the manager that no one knocked on my door because I was in my living room the entire time. The response was, well my driver said she knocked. Then my option was to have it redelivered. By now it was 9:45 and I simply asked if my food could be remade because I knew the food would now be cold. The manager at the location in horn lake on Goodman road in horn told me if it was remade it would be two hours before he could get it to me. I agreed to the wait time for the food I was spending my hard earned money on to be hot. My door bell than rang at 10:17. Delivery driver apologized for the inconvenience and admitted to mistakenly knocking on the wrong door. I tipped the driver while paying before touching my boxes. She handed me a free coke for the mixup, turned away and left. My food was not redone It was cold and the time on the boxes ( 9:06 ) further confirmed my suspicions that my food...

I’m giving a 1 star, if I could I would give them ZERO 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst. Very unprofessional, nasty, don’t wash their hands nor do they use gloves or hair nets when preparing food. Very rude and sloppy work Ethic. I wonder do the owners know that these peoples are running their business to the ground?! Probably not maybe I should contact them. They rarely get orders correctly and the food presentation is horrible they make those pizza and the rest of the food sloppy. They play all day none stop, and can’t get orders correctly. I walked in and the scenery was disgusting. They’re playing all over the food while preparing orders. They’re talking reckless to each other while customers are in the lobby.. they’re eating, walking and playing back and forward. The whole place is and was a mess. I immediately turned around and walked out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE please choose another place to get pizza because these ppl are nasty ash and full...
