Waffle House — Restaurant in Horn Lake

This is by far the worst Waffle House experience ever! The only reason they get 1 star is cause there is no option for less! There’s also no option for not being acknowledged or served.

Questions: Done in: we tried Service: what service? Atmosphere: quiet for a Fri night. Open tables and counter. What we get: Nothing but dismissed paying customers. Recommend: Go somewhere else. Don’t go there

We went there last night. Btw, NOT busy. Sat patiently at a dirty table for ten min. No one acknowledged us. I went to ask for a menu and just let them know nicely that we were there. One menu was shoved at me and was told they had orders to do.this was all done without even looking at me. IApparently our presence was not welcome. Even 10 minutes after getting the menu- (now 20 min from coming through the front door) No visual glance that be right with you…nothing . They could care less. I didn’t know orders involved standing there doing literally nothing. The two men who were there were working. The two women were not. (Includes the lovely woman who disregarded me) Standing there doing nothing, even after I politely let them know we were there. More or less felt by their attitudes and behavior that we would NOT be acknowledged nor served. After 20 min we walked out. Maybe upper management should look at this location and their employees behavior to customers. I know between the three of us- we will not go back to...

Well im standing here in line 2/18/19 at 2:56am...im from ark and my wife and i our traveling...we came to the waffle house because no one waz here and the lot was empty we knew we wudnt have to wait...the cashier is so rude and ghetto i walked in and it was jus her the cook and someone who wrk here jus sitting down...she didn't speak but she constantly rolled her eyes as if me being here bothers her...its crazy the service black ghetto ratchett ppl give and the whole time im waiting she is standing here face timing her boyfriend about how ppl come in here late.. I manage a cracker barrel and managed an Applebees for 12yrs I've never saw anything like this and i love the waffle house in ark..this young lady is the most ghetto person I've ever dealt with in customer service..before i wrote this i looked up the reviews as i waited on my food and they said the late night crew was ghetto and this isn't a race thing because im black and about5 shades darker than the young lady...behaviors like this reflects management I've been in the restaurant business all my life and behaviors like this are either...

My husband and I went there two weeks ago and tried to give them some business, when we got there no one asked us if we were dining or nothing. The two cooks turned around and saw us but didn't say anything, an employee with colorful hair looked at us and kept walking like we were some ghost. Then after standing there for about 6 minutes another ghetto employee showed up, she came in went behind the counter sat her purse down and started talking to another employee. She looked like she got straight up out the bed and came to work. After standing there my husband said lets go, I said well I'm about to say something. I then proceed to say Excuse Me!!! The younger lady came over saying "Oh are you dining in"? I said duh yes, then she said ok just sit but all of the tables were dirty. I asked are you going to clean the tables, she then got and get this nasty looking towel to clean the table. Now my husband never complains about food or restaurants but this time he was annoyed. I will never eat...
