Most of the food was very average. The fries and the beignets were pretty good though. Pretzel was decent. Probably won't go back for the food, but we're glad to go back just for snowballs.

Service was fine. What can I say? We ordered a big order, then went to Walmart and came back and they gave us our order after about 5 minutes. Nothing stood out either way.

Atmosphere is Hit or Miss. It's nice that there's a lot of parking, and the porch is nice, although hard to relax with it being baked by the sun all day long. The real problem is the road noise.

One issue I have is the menu isn't up to date. Don't even bother looking online, because it's almost like looking at a menu for a completely different place. It's best to go there yourself and look at the outside menu, although even that one isn't properly maintained.

The flavors of the snowballs at Brooke's Sno-World East Side are decent, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. In my experiences, I've received the wrong order twice, which is quite frustrating. On one occasion, despite mentioning my allergy, I still ended up with peanuts on my ice cream sundae. Another time, I ordered wedding cake flavor but received yellow cake batter instead.

Furthermore, if you're in a hurry, this might not be the best place to visit. Expect a minimum wait of 10-15 minutes just to place your order, and even then, you might find yourself waiting longer as they seem to forget about customers waiting in their designated area. Overall, while the flavors are okay, the service and wait times make it difficult to recommend Brooke's Sno-World East...

We went here with high hopes. Seeing all the ads and locations. We were severely disappointed. We got the wedding cake with condensed milk. There were chunks of ice throughout it. Like as big as you get in drinks at Sonic.

The snoball tasted like it just had simple syrup on it. Very sweet with no almond(wedding cake) taste at all. They put the snoball cup inside a bigger cup so 90% of the condensed milk went between the 2 cups and we weren't able to eat it.

The employees weren't very friendly which could be because they were just having a bad day. Lord knows I've had my days like that and I probably wasn't the best with customers. But with everything else too, it was a bad mix.
