Luke’s Boiling Point — Restaurant in Houma

We gave Luke’s our service for years. They were our go to for live crawfish, however they started to care more about money than customer satisfaction. When we bought a large sack of crawfish for a family boil last year and noticed more than half the sack was dead, I called to report it. The lady told me I can bring the sack back but I needed to be there within 25 minutes otherwise I was out of luck because they were leaving. I live 20 minutes away, and still had to pack up the sack to return. I had to race there. Then when I get there they were out of the size I paid for and instead of giving me another sack of the next size up, they cut a more expensive sack in half to only give me my money’s worth. Best place I have ever gotten crawfish from. Picked 2 sacks I reserved this morning. Didn’t look at them. They called and said I received the small not large I paid for and reserved. Went back exchanged with no problem. Other seafood places would not have done this and called. The dead loss between 2 sacks 63 was crazy. About 8 total crawfish between 2 sacks.
