I ordered 4 things, 3 sandwiches and 1 drink. I ordered a Frutopia without ice, instead they gave me fruit punch without asking if that is what I meant. It took a while to get the attention of the lady at the drive thru while waiting for my food. When I did, she seemed confused that just because more than one thing has "fruit" in the name, they might not be the same thing. Then she asked me what I ordered, I said: 4 items, you gave me the drink, so I just need the three sandwiches. I proceed to repeat my order to her, she closes the window and is talking to someone to sort it out. She comes back to the window and asked I ordered 6 burritos, so I tell her no and repeat my order again. After almost 2 more minutes, she hands me the bag and I check that it is correct. So, all the food was right, but I get the wrong drink which I kept because nothing else they serve is anything like what I wanted.
I took 4 stars off because I waited almost 10 minutes for food that was already cooked but the staff was too confused to hand it to me or get my drink right. Also, when I pointed out that what they gave me wasn't what I ordered, there was no offer to replace it with something else. Fries are almost always cold and disgusting. Need to be thrown away. When they're hot, they're great, but after they cool down, they make me want to vomit, and I'm not exaggerating.
More than once I've wasted my reward points by ordering and then waiting in one of the drive-in spaces only for no one to ever come out. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. I've even had it up to 15 before, but I usually leave before that. When I order and pull in, it's usually on my way to work, so I don't have time to just sit around waiting for an unreasonable and excessive amount of time. And this is for one item. Not some huge order. And it's not because it's super busy. I don't go during the rush. I must have wasted 20,000 points by now because of this.
All in all, when the food is treated properly, it's great. But it's rarely treated properly. It's a convenient location on my way to work so I'll try to give it a few more chances. For now. My mom and I decided to dine in, but when we walked in, we didn’t see anyone behind the counter (which is still behind a wall of plexiglass). So we used the computer to place our order, and grabbed a table number tent as directed. Then we proceeded to sit at a table for nearly 30 minutes. No food. We went up the the counter and had to say “Helloooo? Is anyone back there?” And wait a couple of minutes before a young man walked over, handed us a bag and our drinks without a word, and walked away. Our burgers were sad with barely any condiments on them, our fries were tepid, and our chocolate shakes were zebra-striped (barely mixed). What’s the point of the table numbers if nobody will bring your food out? Why did it take so long? And why was it prepared so poorly? (We only saw 1-2 cars go through the drive thru either.) A woman came in (a manager?) and demanded that her cheeseburger be served to her on a tray, and that she wanted fresh fries. Why didn’t we have a tray as dine-in customers?
