Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houma

EDITED* Today 11-12-23 5:30pm Sunday I had a very terrible experience. Food not fresh. Major attitudes . Maybe they had a bad day? Bad customers? But I am always super nice to them. But today? Every thing from driving up to the window, and telling me there were NO apple pies, I said, I would wait. I had already ordered with the app and paid for it and used 500 of my reward points. So instead of 2 apple pies, they refused to cook, they said a strawberry biscuit to replace. Well, they ONLY gave me one, and it looked like it sat there all day and was the last one. Two chicken sandwiches buns smashed crooked like it was slapped together or dropped? The actual chicken was not fresh and very dark greasy like and broken in pieces in several places. The red beans were DRY. No juice on it. Anyways, I really wished I never ordered at all. Please ladies, please do better. We the customers are YOUR PAYCHECKS. The ONLY reason the business exists, is because of CUSTOMERS. I know we all have bad days, but NEVER take it out on the customers. Especially when the customer was NICE even when you had an attitude.

Always good food and good service! I mainly go through the drive thru. Usually everything I order is done right it’s hot fresh and good. & a Very nice and friendly person...

I work with DoorDash so I have to report here as well.

I refused to even order food while waiting for my doordash customer order.

Due to the fact of… Front lobby cashier worker, was taken trash out as I pulled up to grab my customer order. And I was gonna order food while there until she came back inside I figured she woulda washed her hands or heck even put some gloves on. And nope she did neither! That’s disgusting. She said you wanna order I said no I just need the door dash order. She proceeded to touch her face and yell back to the manager or shift lead whoever in the grey polo shirt. you have an order for my DoorDash. The rude women in the grey polo was very ugly to the cashier. Even told the girl you don’t see it do you. She said no I just wanted to make sure. Then the women in the grey polo says what type of sense that makes talking to another women in a black shirt. And continue treating the cashier like complete trash. Which you can clearly see standing from the front that women in the grey polo has and had made the cashier very uncomfortable. This is so unprofessional and so many health code violations!

On 7/9/2023 at 8:00 pm my wife and I tried to order food and was rudely told to go to the drive up and order that they would not take orders inside but they were still serving food to people inside and watched them fix orders for customers inside If the manager doesn’t like her job she needs to leave and find something else other than in person service I will not honor Popeyes with my present ever again anywhere in the United States anywhere I’m a cross country driver and live 3 miles from this store from now on I will go to Church’s Chicken across town which is about 8 miles from me If they don’t have the staff to serve inside they should lock the door and post a note stating “Please use drive up dining room closed sorry for the inconvenience “ But that was not the case very rude shift manager I hope this will help others also will contact Popeyes Headquarters in of All Places—- Miami, Florida Al Copeland would have a fit to see what his company has become and believe me it used to be good I’ve hauled a lot of product for Popeyes...
