Went to the Gray LA Burger King, and I had THE WORST customer service, ever! I realize a hurricane just hit, but that doesn’t give someone the right to be RUDE! When I pulled up to the order station there were two paper signs on the board saying we have burgers, whoppers, chicken nuggets and something else. It was very simple and not very helpful. So when I ordered I asked if they had the impossible whopper. I was told rudely no, look at the sign. So I said can I get a bacon king… again I was told rudely to look at the sign. So when I said I would take a whopper with cheese and pickles. I also ordered three more of them because everything I asked for I was as told so rudely to look at the sign that is what they had… while ordering and being told to look at the sign I was called ma’am multiple times, and even after telling the cashier I was a gentleman she still referred to me as a ma’am. Anyway, I pull forward to pay and ask the assistant manager whine I spoke to and what her name was. While asking that I could hear them all say oh she wasn’t rude and this and that. Well, my mother in-law was with me and she can attest she was in fact rude. I paid for my food and I was told very rudely, again to have a BLESSED DAY! Now, I’m not from the south, but I’m not stupid and I know that’s a huge insult especially when giving it in a RUDE WAY!!!!! I will NEVER order from this location again! I understand we all have bad days, but to be so rude, still call me ma’am when I told you I wasn’t one, and to tell me to basically F off is uncalled for! I really hope something is...
Read moreThe Burger King in Gray, LA does a lot of false advertising. Pay attention to your receipt, because the cashiers and managers will charge you more than the prices on the in store menu. Example: The in store menu adverties the "Your Way Meal is $5, but the cashiers/managers will charge you $6 before taxes for the Your Way Meal. Example: The in store menu adverties the Ham, egg and cheese croissant meal at $5.79 but will charge you $6.59 before taxes for the meal. Also, Gray, LA BK location has a habit of upgrading your meals and charging you for it, even though you never requested for an upgrade, and was never asked if you wanted an upgrade. Don't dare ask for a decafe coffee, because you will never get it. The Gray, LA location sales decafe coffee, but refuses to make it, even after being told that I cannot drink regular coffe that has caffeine in it. BK manager deprived me of decafe coffee. Good luck filing a complaint with BK's customer support, they are worse than the in store employees. Whoever Jessica E is on the BK's customer support teams, she's horrible and doesn't investigate anything. I got an email from someone from BK asking me to rate my experience with Jessica E. Who is Jessica E? I never spoke to a Jessica E. I checked my email and spam, and there's nothing from a Jessica E. So again, who is Jessica E??? I went to the Gray, LA BK twice and each time, I was over charged. Stay away from BK, go to...
Read moreGood tea, good food and good service. What more do you want? This is right on US Hwy 90 and hwy 24 at Gray, La. Near Troop C.... Let me edit this... Wish I could say it was in a good way. Ordered the two for $11 Whopper combos, and a double Whopper at bacon combo, both were wrong. Normally that would be a big problem because I could hear from the girl on the speaker that she was new. But when I called back I was told that I could come back and they would fix it up I told them I wouldn't be able to be back today. They said that was okay (a lady) I thought no problem. Tonight I went back apparently it is a problem. I told him what I had ordered and that I was coming back for what was promised I was told they hadn't put it "in the book", and that since I didn't have my receipt (that was 2 days ago) they couldn't do anything to help me. They were a little smirky and a little...
