Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisiana

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’m a Taco Bell addict! I wait a few minutes at the speaker before I say Hello? just to hear a reply of “One minute.” So I wait… 5 more minutes with NO response. I pull around to be met by an abrupt excuse that she was taking someone else’s order - which I then notice the handsome young man at the counter she keeps ignoring me to talk to instead of filling my mobile order that we placed 10 minutes before we get there. She finally gets our food to us later while flirting with the man in the background. We get home to realize my regular order of a power bowl only had black beans, lettuce, cheese, and some chicken. So disappointed! My husband’s food was all wrong, on top of no aioli sauce on the special limited edition chicken taco I added on to my order to try. And we got the wrong item in our order. Outright unprofessional - even for Taco Bell. I know everyone is desperate for workers right now but this one might be better off to just shut down if the service is going to be this...

I pull up at 10:41 PM on Thursday, October 19. The app and google say they close at 11 and I wait at the speaker box for 7 mins and no response. I drive around to the window and a guy is just staring at me leaning against the front counter. I pull around again to the speaker box to try again. I say “Hello?” and still no response. I then drive back around and he’s still leaning against the counter, obviously waiting for it to hit 11 and refuses to take my order. I drove off and watched the worker inside stare through the window.

I understand that it’s frustrating whenever people come 20 minutes before you close but don’t say you close at 11 if your workers will refuse your service. And what really pisses me off is that I was just going through to get a baja blast freeze and I could see the machine on...

Walked in at 1:06pm,had to use the iPad to order,waited 15mins for 6tacos,went to counter to ask for 2 drinks that was with order,1 worker girl sitting on the ground at drive thru texting on her phone,looks up at me and I say I need my 2 drinks please,she looks back down and starts texting again,other5 workers behind the food making line talking,6workers total,lobby empty ,drive thru empty,gave me cups to fix my own,got to machine no ice,went back asked for ice,same girl texting looks up and looks at other workers to get me ice,4mins later I get 2drinks,tacos still was not made the way I ordered!as I pulled I knew something wasn't right when the drive thru&lobby was empty,Now I know why just walked...
