3D's Krazy Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Excellent fresh food and drinks every time I visit!! The wings are packed with flavor and fried to pure crispy perfection! You get plenty of fresh fries or tater tots with your order as well. Pricing compared to quality of food is great. It's a whole flavor party in your mouth! Customer service is ALWAYS on point from the drink counter all the way to the kitchen staff. The owner is friendly and attentive to all the guest. He makes sure things run properly and that everyone has a smooth experience! I drive 40 minutes across town at least 3 times a week and I'm never disappointed. I've turned all of my friends and family onto this place and they all love it as well.

I live close by and come to this location often which is why I'm familiar with most of the employees and their customer service. The food and Daiquiris are good and get to the point. The only thing I'll complain about is this one employee who is a Caucasian girl who always seem to have a attitude. She'll tell you the price of a daiquiri and will NOT give you a receipt. She will not go to extra mile and ask if you want anything else, extra shot or nothing... just the price. I've received her service twice in the drive thru and noticed she gave me two different prices for the same size and kind of daiquiri. She obviously is trying to keep pocket change. My first encounter with her my Daiquiri was watery and the second time I asked for a Skittles and ended up with chunks of peaches in my daiquiri. It obviously wasn't a Skittle. Let me just say I frequent 3Ds quite often, I visit both the Humble and Houston location on a regular. Today, I visited the Leedale location and ordered my usual, which is a 12 piece honey lemon pepper with fries fried crispy. In addition, I had 3 other orders that was made. Normally when I visit, there's an older lady at the counter or window taking orders. Today, there was a younger girl who clearly wasn't listening to me. She repeated "hot lemon pepper," and I repeated I wanted, "honey lemon pepper." She repeated that that was the same thing. I know better after visiting several times that wasn't correct. Needless to say, when I returned to work, only 2 of my orders out of the 4 I ordered was correct. My fries, chicken, and tots were soggy. Not to mention, I received the wrong flavor of wings. They do not offer refunds...
