Came to a soft opening of the business and I was very impressed by how there were no real issues (most new businesses have a lot of glitches to work out in the beginning). The decor was stellar and each tea room had its own vibe. You can tell that every item picked out was thoughtfully placed and hand chosen. The color scheme is relaxing and even though it has mostly a modern vibe, it is also very classy at the same time. Tea service was excellent and fast once the order was in. I got the peach tea and it was steeped perfectly. I pretty much finished my entire pot because I wanted to see if it would be bitter at the end but it was not because a high quality tea was used at the right temperature. The sugar cubes were perfect and I really enjoyed the freeze dried lemon because it expanded in the tea and gave it just the right about of citrus. I used one lemon slice for two separate pours of the tea and still got the same joyous bit of lemon. The tea tray of food was tasty and when it came out I thought I don't know if it this is enough but I had to eat my words because I ended up needing a box (which they had) to take a few of my treats home. Sandwiches were soft and tasty and well balanced. I ended up bringing more sweets home but they were not overtly sweet and my family and enjoyed them once again. My reviews always focus on parking because I find that to be my biggest hang up at places but Aston Malone's had plenty of parking with ample spaces and wherever you parked it was just a short walk to the tea room. Make sure to make a reservation on Open Table for when you're ready. LeeAnn, the General Manager, was an absolute gem. She brought every idea to life with care and creativity — from coordinating the colour palette to crafting a personalised message for the guests. Everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and elevated.

We went as a party of 4 to celebrate a birthday. The reservation process was easy and they called to confirm a couple of days before. From that call through the entire experience was amazing. We were warmly greeted and immediately shown to our area. It was a beautiful room with several seating choices. The server was friendly and attentive and offered options like cream before we had to request them. The food was served right after we finished our first cup and was delicious. The turkey salad was my favorite and I do not usually like salad sandwiches. We had 4 different teas and all were very good.
