Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

Today 6/27/13@7:05am, I pull up I ask for a double #1 from the breakfast menu, she's like so you want double ham?... I'm like no...like your#2 but without the sausage...so I.get to work and I have a #1 ham,egg,cheese, and instead of double everything she put double Ham...I'm like are you serious? Lol.... then when I paid for the order, I have her my card, I asked the girl for 12 sugars for the large coffee, she gives me 4, so I ask for more, she gives me 2 and a pack of salt, so I ask again, she gives me a big handful with an attitude, so I'm like listen if you would of given me 12 like I asked I wouldn't have had to ask u 3 times for sugar..so she said have a good day and closed the window... I drove off then cars started honking...she was waving my credit card out the window...oh man... then when I got to work I realized she never have me the receipt so I don't know how much I was charged for getting double ham...the large coffee I order was filled a little pass half way, like why would I ask for a large if you're not going to fill the cup? To top it off she never gave me a straw to mix the coffee lol, but it was so empty I was able to just swirl it around lol... I'm so mad...they won't answer this phone number.... what's funny is that everything seems to go wrong when you're running late, you hit every red light, you get the worse fast food person in the world, etc....lol.....TRUE...

I was hired a few days ago I was told by one manager to come back the next day to talk with with another manager named Tina which I did when I spoke with her she told me she didn't know anything about me coming to speak with her I was suppose to start my training but she told me to come back to talk Juan the store manager he told me talk to Ashley the person who done my paper work the only person that seemed to have it together I said ok left came back she didn't work that day I asked for anybody number so I can call to make sure I was told we don't give out our personal numbers ok fine at this point I been back and forth like 6 times I spent money clothes to work there because I was told he works here give him some water don't make him pay just to be told today by Juan the pants I had wasnt the right kind but everyday i came i was told he got the right stuff on i shaved alk my hair off my face dont even bother to even visit this place one of the managers just a lair the other manager juan bs he looked me in my face and told me the pants I just bought wasn't the right ones when he say me with the pants on every time I came up there this place needs new management like I said Ashley is the only person that has it together and went to bat for me saying they never gave me a time to be there but i been coming...

I went to this Burger King Saturday Feb 15 2020.My cashier me was maybe Clara or Carla Hispanic lady very good customer service skills ,very helpful.The encounter I had was I ordered breakfast crossiants and the bread was lighter than I would normally see a crossiant so I took it back and told her she took to the lady in the grill and she was like so what I'm suppose to do they must of had conversation and fixed the situation then when I got it back she gave me sausage instead of bacon because the lady in the grill didn't look at it to see she just re made it and that's okay she proceeded to take sausage off and put bacon on but I didn't want the same cheese because of the grease from the sausage and she did what I ask although she probably got a little frustrated with me which I no she did she still fix the probably without making the visit unpleasant for me and then after that the cashier explain to me about how the crossiant bread work how it's done and now I'm aware I want to thank them for there service it was great compared to some places I have experience keep up the...
