Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

This location is awful! The one day I decide to come here, the service was not up to par. The drive thru system hasn't wor3since the first year they built this place. By the time you get to the window, you forget what you wanted to order! You have a set special for $4 with coleslaw and potatoes. I'm being punished .50 because I don't eat coleslaw. So I order okra instead and a little bit more gravy for my potatoes. I pulled off and something told me to check my order. Yep! She gave me coleslaw and no gravy. I go inside to get it corrected. She didn't charge me .50 for the okra. I clearly told her I didn't eat coleslaw! So, she fries the okra and charged me .50! Still no extra gravy for my potatoes! Whatever happened to a "Sorry for my mistake or an inconvenience fee"? I haven't been to this location for years and I love just a few blocks away. I truly have learned my lesson! Hopefully, my .50 Will get you that much closer to getting thw drive...

Not only was it hotter inside the Restaurant than outside in Houston Texas weather that sewer smell hits your nose with mixing aroma of chicken employee with the the tattoos looks at me then finished her conversation with the only cook in Español then ask how can I help you through all the funk I was still gonna get lunch due to I only had 30min lunch and had just dropped off a passenger i ordered the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes it's still on the menu keep in mind employee smiles and says we don't sell that item anymore the manger stopped ordering them 🙃 😅 God has a great sense of humor this place is a joke went across the st circle K has a fake Mc Rib sandwich no sauce God is GREAT good isn't enough I don't want you to think I'm complaining just informing people seeing is believing watch they do like taco bell on antoine lock the doors...

This is Absolutely the worst Church’s Chicken Ever!!!!!! Customer Service is Not on their radar. They Don’t Answer the Drive Thru At All!!!!!!… And when you get to the window the Old little short midget lady look at you like You’re a problem. She really act as if she don’t want to be there. The job is for the Employee to create a good and Courteous Customer Service Experience and she Failed. She need to be Fired and find another job that she’ll be happy with. No stars and if I got to write a review on this Every time I will!!!! I really think she’s racist but she Failed to realize the community is Black. And the Only reason you got this one star ⭐️ is for the Young lady at the window,...
