I went to this Church's on 7/26/18...after waiting for the drive-thru cashier to take my order for 10 minutes, I ask her was she ready to take my order. She tells me to drive to the window, O.k. I replied, thinking if she can tell me to drive up to the window, why didn't she take my order....I'm on my lunch break, she's at work. At waiting for the car in front of me to move, which it was still there 15minutes later when I gave up and backed up and parked and got out. The manager I guess she was counting her money and she let me stand there and never recognized me as a customer standing there. Then I tell the other young lady my order, 1 thigh 1sm. coleslaw, 1 sm. French fries, 1sm lemonade, 1 sm. apple pie. I tell the lady at the cash register because I believe she is the person in charge that It's taking too long and I have already waited a few minutes more than I should have to get chicken with 2 people in line one(the same lady in the drive-thru 25 minutes later) and me, I'm now inside the store. This cashier/manager or person in charge at 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon tells me "Its not my fault, Ok." I look at her and decide if this is the person in charge, just let me get my food and get out of there. Well I get back to work only to discover my apple pie is not in the bag and the receipt is not in the bag after I asked her to give me a receipt. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY.... I called the phone number listed on the website and let it ring for 7 minutes and no one would answer. The service is horrible at this location and the manager/cashier/person is charge is a its not my fault person who is the reason the service is so bad. At least if you are going to be a Lead Person, make it better for your customer don't give horrible service and act like its...
Read moreWaited a long time for some one to take my order then when someone took the order I had to keep repeating my order back to her waited for ever for my order people who came in after me with big orders was getting their orders before me so I got the same ladies that took my order showed my receipt and said is this order ready took my receipt and made the order using my receipt then I asked her where was my large coke which was on the receipt because it was four dollars by itself what she the receipt I don't know then some other lady in the back at the register in Marcos pizza uniform telling her to check the cameras instead giving me what I paid for finally got what I ordered went to sit down and eat and the order was wrong I was already worked up so I went ahead and ate it swear they had about 10 people in there working with all them staff members there how can you mess up then to top it off another customer was complaining about an out order restroom sign being on the door snatch the false sign off the door that same lady who took my order went out there asking where is sign I wish she would have paid more attention to getting my order right than some one taking down...

This is 3rd time in 3 weeks it has not been working. I bought chicken on last Saturday and the restroom was out of order. The week before I bought chicken at this locationand was told it was out of order,at that visit I mentioned to the cashier there were no posted signs stating the restroom was out of orderhe looked bewildered asif he was trying to pretend he didn't speak no English. I looked at him as if he was lying. After my action he stated in English, may be someone took the sign.off the door. I thought YEAH RIGHT. I wash my hands purposely before I eat my food any where I eat food.I wonder if and how often the staff sanitized and wash their hands frequently during a shift since the restroom is out of order.
