My experience at this facility was the most uneducated, stereotype, underline racisim I have ever experienced in my life. Approaching window I asked employee JUSTIN "what's a strong popular drink you have here? I really don't want a sweet based drink." In a joking manner I told JUSTIN the employee "hold the juice and more liquor please" his response was complete ignorance and I quote. " If this was a white owned business you wouldn't ask that. Would you?...." The rest I refuse to put in words because it bothers me to think that people are really sick in there heads that they live in this colorless world. Maybe he was having a bad day 🤔 who really knows. All I know is that was the worst customer service experience I ever received in my life. Note to self never inquire about the menu at daiquiri shacks again. The next time your at this location make sure you take a white person with you to order your drink because apparently there the only ppl who can inquire about the menu. If your black or brown in the words of JUSTIN the employee "you can go to the liquor and ask questions and buy drinks from them" #2019equalityforall FYI JUSTIN the employee my black people money spends the same way your white customers money do. Mostly because OUR money is GREEN....

Don’t know how to upload pics but I...
Read moreI just moved to Houston and this is the first daiquiri shop i been to i was extremely upset to see that I was being discriminated against and it was so bad to the point where they didn’t even want to follow their 2 drinks per ID policy for me which is a big problem but I had to settle for 1 drink for myself when I went to get two. I personally would recommend another daiquiri shop unless this is the only shop that’s close to you. The daiquiri was okay could’ve been better but not following your policy based off race is unacceptable I will not be coming back here because the amount of ignorance showed to me by two...
