Golden Chick — Restaurant in Houston

I've been to this location 3 times and have never received my full order correct. I be damned if I continue to send my money at restaurant with such incompetent, and/or poorly trained staff.

My issue mainly stems around the 2pcs golden roast. On the menu, it's white meat chicken, a breast and a wing.

My first visit I received 3 pieces of chicken, none were white meat. Second visit was one breast and a leg or thigh. Today's visit was two thighs! IF I WANTED DARK MEAT, I'D ORDER THE 3PCS ROAST! In addition to the incorrect chicken pieces, the mashed potatoes were extremely watery and leaking out of the to-go box. It was repulsive that they would have the audacity to serve potatoes like that. I would have preferred they tell me that there weren't any.

Also on my last visit I also had to wait about 10-15 minutes for fried fish and they bring my food out with no sauces, napkins, or cutlery.

The amount of stupid running through this branch of Golden Chick is incredible in the worst way possible and they should shut down this location. I'm through fooling around...

I’m writing this because even tho what I’m about to say, honestly the food is good. I don’t come to this particular location (and probably wont again) but i just wanted to let everyone know. PSA PSA DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR ON THE APP. It’s a trap. And it seems like no one in this place knows about anything or how to do anything or how to help in any event of customer service. And to top it all off my food and containers and packages were saturated in butter… the sauce containers and butter was just thrown in and everything spilled and the lids melted off from i guess being sat in the warmer. Horrible service. You never know what you’re going to get from here. Showed up at 9:20 and nothing but excuses. First they’re only taking cash, then they’re system rebooting, then when I’m about to start ordering after waiting they’re out of fries. Now come on? A fast food restaurant running out of the number one side sold, fries?? So I called to get the owner/cooperate number and I could hear the guy telling a lady “they want cooperate number” and then the phone goes blank. So I called from my other phone and it just rings.
