I am writing to share my recent experience at EJ Beauty Supply, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. During my visit today, I felt uncomfortably scrutinized as if I were being watched for potential theft, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Additionally, I faced difficulties at the register. Although the cashier did not explicitly say he did not speak English, his behavior suggested as much. He would turn his head, avoid answering questions, and instead point or look back at another employee, as if expecting them to speak for him. This behavior was off-putting and unprofessional.
Moreover, the storeās selection was quite limited and appeared to cater to only a specific demographic, lacking the variety one might expect in a diverse community.
My experience was further marred by an unpleasant interaction between staff members and a customer. It seemed there was a heated argument, and I overheard inappropriate comments about one of the staff members, which was completely unprofessional.
Overall, I would rate my experience a 1 out of 10. The only positive aspect was that the door was open, allowing me to purchase what I needed. However, based on the lack of customer service, limited product variety, and the unprofessional behavior I witnessed, I would strongly recommend seeking other businesses that value and respect their customers.

I had to stop here because they were the only beauty supply open at 9 A close by. Worst decision ever. Ran in quickly to get my hair & go but I was held up because they were charging another customer a higher price for something that didnāt match her label. The manager a short guy instead of doing the right thing and refunding the lady say and argued with her for literally 5 min. He only agreed to refund her the $2 difference because she became irate.
Then I go to pay and the receipt doesnāt print so they tell me to wait, I say itās fine and proceed to leave but then they try to cause a scene and make me wait. I asked whatās the problem he says thereās no problem yet they held my bag hostage for an additional 2 minutes without communicating why they took my merchandise back. The money withdrew from my bank fine but I think the issue was more centered around the receipt for their record which had nothing to do with me.
Long story short spend your money where youāll be treated like a paying customer and not like youāre the help to these people. They do not know how to run a business and barely...

They had those short old granny wigs that look sooooooo fake, its just down right embarrassing. Hey Shop Owner, NEWS FLASH.....old people want to look good too. Have a selection for us older generation that likes the gray and black mix. I had to pick a wig I liked and the girl would go check to see if they carry that in gray. All 3 I picked were a NO! NO! and NO!! So after 3 attempts I was done with that situation and called it quits. Didn't think that was even fair to the you g lady assisting me.
