If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this Jack-in-the-Box on Fondren Rd in Missouri City, TX. I ordered food through the drive-thru around 4:30 AM and paid cash. When I got home — which is literally right next door in the apartments — I opened the bag and saw that my food was ice cold, and the bread hadn’t even been toasted. I went right back to the store within minutes, only to be told by the manager on duty that he “didn’t know how to process a cash refund.” Instead, he told me I’d have to call a number to get my money back — even though I had just left, had the food with me, and clearly paid in cash. He then refused to remake the food, refused to refund me, and kept both my food and my money. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for nearly 2 hours, hoping the situation would be handled properly. It wasn’t — until the next shift started at 6:00 AM. A Hispanic employee came to the window, heard what happened, and without hesitation gave me a full refund. She was kind, professional, and the only person that showed basic respect. The fact that I had to wait that long and practically beg to get my money back — over a cold meal — is completely unacceptable. The manager didn’t just show poor customer service — he acted like he didn’t care at all and just wanted me to go away. If it weren’t for the next shift stepping up, I would’ve left empty-handed. Corporate will definitely be hearing about this, and I hope this location gets better leadership — because that manager should not be representing your brand. DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT. We work late and have had to come here twice in the last couple of weeks. First bad experience we wrote off. But twice? The first time we came we ordered online and pressed drive thru at checkout. We waited in line 30 minutes just to be told at the box that this store doesn’t let you pick up your mobile order through drive thru. We have a new born. We didn’t want to go inside and wait another 20 minutes. Today, we placed the order at 12:16am, it’s 1:11am and I’m still waiting. There’s 4 cars waiting because we were told to just move forward. No one is getting food. But the people inside are just laughing and giggling. Not the girl at the window she looked stressed and apologized. But the guys in the kitchen suck. They should just close if they’re not going to give us food. An hour in line is wild. And the food last time wasn’t even good. Hopefully today is better. If yall are coming late at night don’t waste your time. go somewhere else.

I wish i didnt have to give them one star. Ok yesterday i went to Jack in the box to grab my kids something to eat. Well my card was declining so i had to call my bank to see what was going on. Once they fixed the card I went back in to purchase the food again. When I got in there I stood there about 4 mins with no acknowledgment. The lady proceeds to take my order. The manager then comes and say they just came thru drive thru their order is right here. I taste the fried they were cold as ever. Yall I simply ask the manager for some warm fries this old hag had the nerves to tell me well u said u was going to come back what type of food you thought you were going to get. Stop pause wait a minute. After that next thing i know I was at her thought with my words but respectful. I told her I aint never been to no food establishment that has done that and she can run me my refund. Smh the customer service is horrible. And problems start with management. I been in customer serivce all my life and I be damn if I treat my money that pays my bills like that. Its apparent I dont need your food but you need money to make the business run. Poor customer service isnt going to help u get there. If you dont like your job find one...

Worst customer service ever. 0 stars is even to much I wish i could leave a -5. So i get there and i always get the same thing pretty much, a peach tea. Then the lady ms.chanel says they do not have flavored tea...which i thought was odd because it was still on the menu--so i proceed to ask if it was just this location because I was going to pass up another one on the way to my destination...she said "ma'am i just told you we dont have flavored tea"----okay that didn't answer my question she was like can I help you..I was like ma'am i need a chance to look at the menu now since yall do not have what i wanted. I looked for a minute or so and you could hear here groaning in the back ground and the manager said rudely is she still there?" So i ordered a sweet tea w/ no ice--i get to the window the lady hands me a sweet tea with ice :|, i said ma'am i clearly said no ice but she was so busy rushing me to pull up that she probably did not hear me. Then she turns around and complains to someone working a roughly hands me my sweet tea. I WANT TO SPEAK TO JACK HIMSELF!! I've never been treated like this at a jack in the box and i used to go...
