Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

We ordered from this restaurant this evening and when we got home, we noticed that part of our order was wrong. We went back and I formed the young man who came to the register that the order was wrong and if he could correct it. He refused to correct the order insisting it was right because he was the one that fixed it. That was wrong because another person had originally fixed the order. I requested a refund and he refused. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for the corporate office number and he said it was a franchise owner. They refused in every manner to assist with resolving this matter. The young man was very rude, disrespectful and practically accused me of lying about my order. This shows very poor customer service. I eventually had to contact the police to get help. People please check your order before leaving the restaurant because if you leave and discover your order is wrong, you will not get any further assistance. They only want your money and doesn't care about customer service after you leave. Papa Johns really needs to invest in training this manager in good customer service or demote and/or...

I usually order from this papa johns. And I order a lot of pizzas frequently. My experience had never been this bad. After waiting for an hour I finally got in touch with someone and when I tried to place my order the girl said I was not allowed to place my order through a phone call then when I told her I did this all the time she seemed like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone and said she had to go ask. Without notifying me she put me back on hold again. About 30 minutes later and I am still on the phone. I understand that it’s a pizza place and tend to get busy a lot but Ive been on hold for an hour and a half and I’m still on hold. And still haven’t even gotten to place my order. And every time I try to use another phone to try and see if I can get ahold of them the line is too busy. I’ve talked to in total 3 people that have been telling me to hold. And I’m not happy with this experience at all. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Update: I waited on the phone for about 3 hours and I decided to just hang up and go to the store. I got my order...

THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!! I will NEVER order from here again. I have been a loyal customer and should never be treated in this manner. I just received my order AND THE DRIVER WAS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! He CALLED MY PHONE AND DEMANDED I COME OUTSIDE BECAUSE HE'S BEEN BLOWING BECAUSE HE RANG THE DOORBELL (NEVER DID) THEN HE STARTED YELLING SAYING THE DOORBELL WAS INSIDE THE GATE (I THOUGHT HE RANG THE DOOR BELL THOUGH) I TOLD HIM TO STOP YELLING AND HE TOLD ME I BETTER COME OUTSIDE AND WHILE I WAS TELLING MY HUSBAND WHAT'S GOING ON HE IS ON THE PHONE YELLING STILL...I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS GUY BEFORE AND NOW I'M DONE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

This is the 3rd complaint that I made at this place..the manager even called me and tried to rectify the situation for the last 2 complaints I made.. BUT WHAT HE CAN DO IS IS FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!! YOU CAN SAVE YOUR...
