Really upset with the customer service and food there. As I was waiting for my food at the window I saw two of the workers talking while I was there waiting. And it turns out that a bag that was beside them the whole time was my order. But obviously they were to busy in they’re conversation to even notice. And after I got what I ordered which was chicken fagita pita, the pita was so hard not possible to eat. And the sauce was missing from inside and there was an extra pita bread inside the pita, which I have no idea why?! I was so disappointed, it tasted bland and terrible, these people don’t care how the food is supposed to be made. Unfortunately this is about the fifth time I go, and I always end up having a bad experience with the food. Today is officially my last time. I only went there since it’s so close by where I live. But If u really want jack in the box I suggest to go somewhere else, because I noticed today that the workers that makes the food there are kids. Do not pick this...

So terrible came there about 20 mins ago , (12:15/12:20 ish ) asked for freshly dropped fries when ordering at the window (so they enough time to cook) they dropped old fries in the oil & gave them to me. Ask to make new fries , they had me wait like they made new fries & gave me more old fries. The fries were literally so dark and burnt on the tips like they had been double cooked. My spicy chicken sandwich , oh I was so upset I already asked for my fries to be "remade" the patty was so hard like it had been fried hours ago & sitting out on the tray. Ridiculous , and it wasn't busy at all, so I don't see why my food couldn't be fresh. I definitely didn't go back to return my sandwich because I was already upset I had to ask my fries to b fresh and they weren't. Long story short I did not get to enjoy my food at all. If you're going to be one of many places that stay open , people are always going to expect...
