KFC — Restaurant in Houston

9/6/21 2:20pm Used to love this place but the Manager has caused it to go down hill.

Ordered a #12 (chicken sandwich) with cheese added. The lady taking the order was nice & asked if shredded cheese is okay. "Yep, sounds good". I then hear the manager in the background say "We don't put cheese on our sandwiches". The nice lady is surprised and asks me "Do you still want it?". No I'm good, I'll choose one of the other 100 options within a mile radius. Please cancel my order.

Funny how these "managers" think customers have just one choice & will take what they can get. Ain't the way it works ;-)

I'll now up the street having a good pizza where they customer service is great and they treat customers like they're happy to have them, versus "you're lucky to be here".

Oh, and the last two times I came through the drivethru, my order was wrong. This was Strike 3 unfortunately. Message to the owner: take a little more time in deciding who you hire...

Yesterday 11/05/2018 I stopped by the KFC at 1945 El Dorado to pick up a bucket of Chicken. It was around 6:30 pm when I stopped by. I ordered a 12 piece, All original thighs. The lady that helped me seemed nice and polite. When I got home we ate some of the chicken and saved the rest for another day. Tonight we thought of having a simple dinner and ate the rest of the chicken. Remembering that I paid $30 for 12 thighs we ended up getting 6 thighs 3 legs and 3 pieces of something that I could not figure out. The 3 unknown things were a little larger than a golf ball and I was scared to eat them all. I did eat 2 of them but got worried about what they were so I threw the last one away. I do not do reviews very often but I thought I would mention this to anybody checking reviews. Be careful and check your order before you leave the restaurant. I don't like being ripped off or eating...

I just came through the drive through at 6:15. I ordered a large potato wedge and was told to wait in my vehicle on the side. After 15 minutes I never recieved my potato wedge and went inside. I asked the cashier if I could have my food, or have my money back. She called over the shift manager, who then proceeded to give me excuses and blame me in what little English he knew. He then took my receipt and threw it away and walked back to the kitchen. I was ignored. I never recieved my money back or my food. I went back outside to where my car was to call the corporate office. the cashier was waving at me to come back into the store instead of anyone walking out to me, I had after all been sitting there for quite some time and so no need to walk back inside.

Shift manager should be removed and replaced with someone who cares, and properly communicate...
