McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Hated my experience. Walked past three employees standing in front of registers, a thin young black girl with braids was firmly asking "Whose espresso is dis"?" One of three you men stepped took the drink from her and complained the drink wasn't full. He quickly gave up and left with his friends.

I proceeded to walk to the counter and three employees were staring at me like an alien, but no one asked if they could take my order. A young man finally took my order, I then went wash my hands, afterward I went back to the counter, but the same young man asked to take my order: "I responded, dude, you took my order less than 5 minutes ago, I'm just waiting for my food". I could see he sheepishly realized he messed up. I finally get my order, but its the wrong thing. I explained this, when the same young woman from the espresso weirdness interrupted and requested in a firm tone "what's the problem?" I told her my predicament. She asked then responded "do you you have a reciept?" My dissapointment turned to anger after I realized that I didn't like her tone, she wasn't who I was talking to and I doubted she could help instead of the two people I was speaking to, so I informed her as such. She sucked her teeth and slank away. Suddenly, another customer walked up and said they had given him the wrong food and even if it was correct, thet prepared it incorrectly. Now, a fourth woman who, still while older than the first three, was barely 26 looked at his order and inquired what was mine and viola exclaimed "we gave you each other's orders by mistake..." Expresso girl looked like she was going to do the just switch them move, but the manager, beat her to it by saying "I'll remake them". She disappeared, but I felt like it was the same sandwhich and they just did the switch instead of remake them out of view. I no longer cared. As, I sat down Espresso girl went on break and proceeded to loudly exclaim in the dining room where I could hear how she was in trouble with the law, had her PO read her the riot act and other ghetto foolish expressed with a curse word in ever sentence for added effect. I appreciate when establishments hire youth from the surrounding communities, but the youth must also do their part, but I don't want to be get off my lawn guy. I gave them 100% of my money, I expect...

Omg.....just went there, on Lockwood and 610, my first complaint, the young lady at the first window, who takes the money, gave me a $5 bill wrapped in plastic like your license....I forgot what they call this wrap. The bill was torn up. When she gave me my change, she put the 2 $1 bills on top of this torn up $5, plus the receipt on top of that.....🤔🤔, So I didn't notice it until I pulled off to go to the second window to pick up my food. So, I told the guy, I don't want this bill " look at it" he didn't know what to do, so I said go get the manager. He the manager said " Oh, we don't have bills like that, you have to come back tomorrow....I said "Sir, no I'm not, I'm going to church tomorrow morning so you need to take this bill to the bank and they will replace it.... she just gave me this bill, so you're calling me a liar" I said go get her......the manager left the window and returned, he finally took the bill......giving me 2 $1 bills and $3 worth of quarters.....then said he was going to write her up. First of all, the manager thought I was trying to push this bill on them, by saying we don't have bills like that......but in fact you did.

2nd complaint: the food was ok, but not enough lettuce.....I don't know what's the deal about putting skimpy portions of lettuce on these burgers. So, I asked for more lettuce, the manager stated that it was weighed or portioned and I would have to pay for extra lettuce. I said, everytime I come here it's a problem with water, ice etc. McDonald's use to give you a small cup of ice water, but now certain McDonald's, depending on the franchise.....is charging you for a soda, if you want water. This location is an absolute mess! The store manager Irma is the main issue. She has racially profiled several employees and sent them home because she thought they were another black employee that she disliked. Her unprofessionalism has led her store numbers down the drain. She is a very negative person and does not support her hard working employees. She makes minors and African American employees wash dishes at late hours (1 a.m) the store closes at 11 p.m. we got robbed recently at gunpoint and there was little to no actions done about it. The employee that was robbed at gunpoint was a 17 year old and IRMA still decides to place the employee at the back drive through where the incident occurred. No security measures were taken. A very unprofessional manager left marijuana in the money safe and they gave it back to her with no consequences. Please do not work or eat here. I’ve seen the kitchen staff not using gloves, cooking fish in chicken grease. They have several managers throughout the day but once evening/night shift, it’s only 1 manager and lucky if it’s 2. She does exhibit symptoms of hard drug use at times, she will forget a lot of things she has told you directly. As long as the store is good, she cares little to none about the employees. They don’t clean regularly so when it’s time for inspection, they overwork the employees to do a deep clean days before the...
