I rate this 1 because they are rude. I had someone buy me a meal I'm less fortunate the order was wrong and I brought it to the man attention he started yelling at me telling me to get out. This was my second time coming here and I asked a simple question about the shrimp I didn't appreciate the attitude or the back talk you are in a black neighborhood I am an African American woman and my money is hard to come by and as a people if we are disrespected we should not Patron any Asian anything whether it's Beauty Supply or seafood I did not appreciate him talking to me the way he did and this will be the last time he sees my hard-earned coin. Previously Boba Chic, Navy Seafood has given the quaint restaurant a new paint job and not much else. However, it hasn't stopped them from drastically improving the food. I got their Fish Sandwich with catfish, and it was one of the most delightful pieces of fish I've ever had. Lightly breaded and seasoned, it let the natural flavors do the work and it certainly paid off. While the presentation isn't anything to write home about, some white bread, lettuce and tomato around catfish, the portion was respectable for around $5.
