Pollos Asados La Silla (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

Stay away from this place. The most important aspect of this establishment is the chicken and the service and they are both completely off. The chicken is very dry and once I asked how long ago they cooked the poultry I got a rude response claiming it was cooked fresh the morning of. The final straw for me was the night of the 16. I reviewed their hours of operation and policy of cash only on google so I proceeded to place an order knowing that it was 1 hour before closing and it would give me enough time to get cash out of the atm and pick up my food with 20 min to spare. Upon arrival to the establishment I noticed they had the open sign off signaling the establishments closure for the day. However when I approached the front window the female employee rudely told me that my food had been sold due to the fact that they were on the verge of closing. I responded claiming that I had not received a phone call or a notification for this to happen and that I had spent time and additional resources to obtain cash for their ridiculous cash only policy. If I could give a negative review it would be negative 5. The attitude and unprofessional workers is the worst part . Spending 40+ dollars on food for it to be wrong and then ask them to fix it to be placed on hold hoping I’d hang up. I returned as I was still on hold to ask them to fix which I was told NO. I said then give me my money back as I do not eat onion or cilantro again I was told no they couldn’t do either request. I said they were robbing the customers money in front of new customers and then was told they would fix it of course the girl talked smack in front of me about me. Their Menu is false Advertisement when it comes to their 2 Pollos con 2 rice 2 charro beans and onion and 24 tortillas. The Mexican lady Spanish speaking only claimed she was only there 7 Months working their on Broadway location was rude and ugly.
