Thu 06 29 2017 Run down. Roaches. Tenants do not clean anything although supposed to. Leave their trash in bathroom; trash can in kitchen area. They leave their food in fridge to rot; do not bother to throw away. Supposed to mark their food bags w name/room #; they don't. Magnolia has common gas stove, sink, microwave & fridge. Not bad place except f tenants who do not clean after themselves although long-suffering manager Bill has posted signs on fridge, bathroom door & above sink. Upstairs bathroom & kitchen better than downstairs; kitchen smaller than downstairs. Buy your own AC (optional) , pay $60.00 extra; rent optional fridge $60.00 extra monthly. You definitely get what you pay for at this place. Good if you're trying to save money. However, there are definitely MUCH nicer places if you don't mind spending a little more $.

If you do decide to stay here, I would suggest investing in a mini fridge for your room, so that the other housemates don't falsely accuse you of stealing their food, and then violently attack you because of it.

Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I can't tell you how many times I was screamed at and cussed out over the phone and in person by one manager...

They let their tenants write derogatory notes all over the place. Never hand out mail to the people that live there, and abuse the elderly. It's not a safe nor secure environment to live in. They need to add cameras to the common areas. Anyone who lives there condones this, and doesn't care about...
