Just wow! I live in Kingwood, and come here often. I would say 50% of the time, that get my very basic order wrong. But im a very patient person and understand things happen. Well yesterday me and my son go order 2 meals, one of them normal the way it comes,(easy) another one with bacon and ketchup only, emphasis on NO CHEESE. (again, easy) After sending out the wrong burgers THREE separate times...even the normal one. (cheese and mayo only every time) i push the button and even apologized but let them know this one again has cheese and mayo.... the apparent manager gets on the intercom and tells me VERY RUDLY, and shouts "NO!!" She said she's not going to make me 3 burgers for the price of one, and said next time I come, to order correctly and know what I want when I order. I was truly shocked. I did order it correctly.... the same every time.... But I very politely told her what happened and just informed her that I keep getting cheese and Mayo, but it's supposed to be no cheese and ketchup. Well after she gets rude and hollars through the speaker, she said she would make it but if i come back, know what i want before I waste their time. It was tough, but I kept quiet and didnt say anything else. I wasnt trying to make the situation worse, I just want the food I paid for. She finally sent it out. and the girl that delivered it was very rude, and barely handed me the bag to where it almost dropped. So I kindly asked to speak to a manager. She said thats who i was talking to on the intercom, and asked if I wanted her. I told her it doesnt matter to me, just any manager would be fine. The girl went in, came back out and told me the manager will not come out and to leave the property or she would call the police on me. I was pretty shocked. I was super calm and nice the whole time. So... I just drove off. No use in causing a scene. And My son was watching it all unfold and asked why they did that. And I had to explain that some people are just unhappy with their life and they take it out on other people. But will never return to this location, or give them my business. Read moreThey forgot the cheese sauce for the pretzel. Ordered two, only received one, but only charged for one. Fries were cold, limp, and absolutely no flavor at all. Burger was Pink in the middle. Whiskey tango hotel has happened to this Sonic? Seems like the employees could never t give a rodents pack animal about the customers.
EDIT: Went in this evening and ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito combo and two pretzel twists. Cheese sauce was forgotten what. The Manager tried to give me a Bravo Studs excuse that the feast the cheese sauce was forgotten was that they had a high staff turnover and that there were teenagers works there. Handed all my food and drink back and asked for a refit. How do I know that the food was made correctly if they forgot something so simple?The manager said she was not going t issue a refund. I informed the manager that this option was her rit, just as it was my right to dispute the charge wit my bank since I paid by debit card. The manager didn't even have the ability to bring me my recent showing refund issued. Manager accused me of not returning all of the cost. Offered to show her the interior of my vehicle to show that all food was returned. Manat stated that per company policy that receipt should have been taped to the bag. I informed manager please show me where it would have been taped to bag, no evidence of receipt taped to get bag. You also get promotions sent you periodically such as buy one get one or half price on specific menu items. I went to Sonic on April 3 and planned to use on of the promotions to get a half priced sandwich. When I tried to order the item through the Sonic App I was getting an error message. I pressed the red button and informed the employee that I had the app and wanted to order that specific menu item for the price on the app and was told they can not do that. But they would be glad to let me order the item for the regular menu price. I returned on April 5 to have the exact same thing happen a second time in just two days. Where I come from we call this...
