Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Houston

If I could give this place 0 stars I would with NO hesitation. When you go there your self, you have to pull to the front of the store even when they have no customers because they are extremely slow. I have ordered on doordash and everytime I have heard that they either didn't acknowledge the dasher after they make them selves known or told the dasher they were at the wrong place when they clearly weren't. This time I went through 3 dashers because they made the first 2 wait so long that they just left and passed the order to another dasher. The 3rd dasher got there and had waited for 10 minutes already (the app said the Dasher was still at Taco Bell waiting on the order) so I called to see what was the hold up. The manager LIED and said it was already picked up. So I ended up cancelling the order because it has already been a little over an hour since I ordered. through drive through and ordered got to the window to pay and they wouldn't take my bill. Because it was to large. Ask them to hold my order while I ran and got change. Went inside to pay. They took my money and gave me my change. I received my order but it wasn't complete waited 30 minutes and asked politely for the rest of my order they roles their eyes. Asked another person they told me it would be out in a bit. Still waited another 15minutes and finally got it. Worse thing about it was the manager was in the kitchen making the meals and did not even care about how long I waited. Never ever will I visit again until they get new employees and managers. Bull! Oct 2022 - You DO NOT want employees at this location handling your food!!! Been here three times, and had extremely unprofessional service each visit. Anything from the cashier yelling HUH, WHAT DID YOU SAY, YOU'RE NOT LOUD ENOUGH all the way to the cashier at the window taking my card for payment and then asking me to BACK UP MY CAR A FEW FEET while she "swipes & validates my card purchase"??? Define the word suspicious!!! Also, get ready for cold food, rude communication on the speaker & at the window, a 15 to 20 minutes wait even when it's just you in line, and half your order screwed up! Anyone who high-rated this location obviously doesn't know what good, professional...
