Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Howard Township

The last time I ordered from this location was December and I said that I would NEVER order from there again. On that instance it took almost 2 1/2 hrs and two phones before we got our order and the location is literally about 3-4 mins from my home, and incidentally I had requested that a supervisor call me..I still haven't received a call and it's been almost 8 months (also I still ended up paying even though I was told it wouldn't be charged to my card. )Well tonight I placed an order because we just had Papa John's and wanted something different.. This was sadly another mistake. The driver was fine, the wings were fine, the pizza was not. First of all the online tracker indicated that my pizza was started at 6:09pm and finished at 6:21pm it was delivered around some 25 mins after it said that it was finished (i did mention it's less than 4 mins from here). The pizza itself was both burnt and soggy.. On the outer two or so inches in the toppings we're burnt black. The pepperoni was crisp like potato chips and the salami (that I paid extra for of course) was char black and crumbled to the touch. I assume the crust was soggy because of the just shy of 30 min wait that my pizza had to arrive here from a couple blocks away. On a side note this is not a metro area it is a rural housing development and the dominoes location is literally at the entrance of the housing development.. I guess the moral of my story is you never know who is giving you another chance. They say NEVER say never, but I guess whoever said that never...

My husband gets the chicken habanero sub frequently. EVERY SINGLE TIME the sauce isn’t on it, which it what makes the sub, the “habanero” sauce, thus the name of the sandwich. A couple weeks ago we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, opened the box, and no buffalo sauce. Called, they sent out another pizza, when we opened the box it was on the thick garlic crust and I clearly ordered thin crust (I don’t like their regular crust), and there was about 6 chunks of fry chicken on the entire large pizza. I think in the last 3 years our order has been correct 2 or 3 times, and we order a couple times per month. When you call in to complain the “manager on duty” always acts annoyed. And then when you ask how long it will be until the fixed order will be out you get - “around 45 minutes there are orders in front of you.” No, our order was first and it was incorrect, I shouldn’t have to wait another 45 minutes to have what I ordered brought out to us. Or they suggest for you to come to the store to pick it up… no, I just paid your high delivery fee of $5 plus tipped your driver! If I made this many mistakes at my job, I wouldn’t have...

We ordered a couple Weeks ago. they was almost 2 hours late delivering. I understand pizza places get swamped but if something happens where your running behind you should deff let people know. We ordered from there this past saturday for my stepsons birthday. The Subs were down right unedible disgusting the bread was like sand paper, the meat n cheese so burnt it was like eating meat and cheese that had been left out and hardened. So we called they was supposed to give us a credit for 4 free subs, so lastnight for my husbands bday we ordered again 1 they never noted or gave us the credit but fixed it on the spot however when the subs came once again very burnt very dry lack of toppings very slopy made. very gross. therefore this dominos has officially lost our business and our family members business.on top of the subs being stale and burnt they had no lettuce no tomato, what was burnt meat n cheese was slim to none. oh and if you ever go into their store their customer service is horrible they look at you like your stupid and an inconvience to their time. yeah we'll deff spend the extra money and take our...
