Kelly's Pizza — Restaurant in Howard Township

Ate here last night for dinner...

Nice customer service, efficient and fast, about forty five minutes from time of ordering to pick up. Price was reasonable in comparison to other local pizza places in Knox County area.

Pizza itself was decent tasting, but it's a preferred taste, as the sauce is extremely sweet. I've tasted other places that has sauces, like so, but not your typical flavor. Wife absolutely loved it, for me it was OK, so each to their own regarding the flavor, just an observation for those who may or may not like sweet sauces.

Wasn't a fan of the cheese bread, expected traditional cheese bread, but, was served as basically a crust with cheese sprinkled on top. It was basic and didn't taste good either.

Ordered a 2liter and it was on the floor behind us, when we got there for pick up, seemed awkward, but maybe just not properly put away yet which I get in today's current circumstance (no staffing), didn't mind that as much as I minded the fact it was warm, and typically, if I am getting a hot and readily to eat dinner, the expectation would be chilled/cold drinks.

All in all, reasonably priced, friendly and fast customer service, and fair...

Drove an hour and 20 mins for what USED to be my favorite pizza before I moved away. Couldn't afford to get it but was in town so splurged. The pizza had barely a whisper of sauce and the cheese was soooo thin. I paid $15 for lite cheese bread. I was kind when I called but teenager that answered the phone was immediarely defensive and extremely rude and called me a liar. I asked for the owner or manager and was given a phone number. Contacted management and they never responded. Sent message instead of calling because it was mother's day and didnt want to interrupt his family time and I mentioned that in the message. I left comment on one of their posts that they had responded to me on before as I didnt know how else to reach the owner. Still no response, that was 3 days ago. So disappointed I was treated this way and...

I recently had a not so good experience and posted my dissatisfaction with the quality. I was immediately called back by the owner and he expressed his concern and how to make it right. Though I did not take him up on a free pizza, I did except his apology and after stewing realized that Kelly's has always provided excellent pizza to the community and my family. Possibly, I was much to quick to judge. Therefore, I gave it another try and the quality was superb and the pizza taste was perfect. Thank you Kelly's for going the extra mile with both your customer satisfaction and service excellence. I would recommend Kelly's Pizza to anyone.

They are above the rest in Apple...
