Update August 2024 - Unfortunately no improvement, in fact actually worse this time than at the start of the year when it took new ownership. Location was not busy, 2 cars in front of me, and one behind. They took the order of the car behind me first oddly. Took my order and pulled up and watched them make our 3 mcflurries for about 5 minutes, they handed them to us and asked us to pull over in spot 1. There we waiting a good 15 minutes for 2 value meals. Burgers had ketchup on the outside, dr. pepper and coke both had low syrup, and mcflurries we got at the window were only half full. For almost 5 dollars a piece we feel the mcflurries should be full. The quality, speed, and, service is always lacking every time we come to this location.
Trying to avoid this location in the future. Drive through always backed up in the evenings. After 15 minutes finally get to order/pay then they park you for another 10-15 minutes to have cold food and missing items. Reported to cs and the agency that owns them responded but didn't have time to call back. Wish you could chat or email like you can with Burger King right through the app. Nothing was offered to make it right. I have issues with this kind of service based on the prices that are now charged. I'll support local businesses...
Read moreIssues from the speaker all the way through my drive-through experience. At the speaker, I was asked if I would be using the mobile app today. I said, "Yes, I made a mobile order." From there, I received no further service for several minutes. With no one at the speaker in front if me a woman's voice asked "hello, how can I help you today?" multiple times before I decided to pull forward assuming the one I was parked at had left after my initial reply. At the second speaker, I again relayed that I had made a mobile order. I was asked to pull around. I paid and moved forward at the pick up window I was told they only had so much of my order available that was already cooked and wanted to know if I needed them to cook some more or if I would be willing to substitute it for another item on the menu. When I expressed that I had already paid and I would like the food I had requested and had paid for I was met with some clear and obvious attitude and irritation on their part. I was them asked to pull around and parm to wait for my order to be completed. I waited there for an additional 18 minutes! My total drive through experience from speaker to receiving my order was 25 minutes. So much for their 2...
Read moreDo NOT go to this McDonald's. I ordered a simple order. A plain hamburger and a large fry. Was told it would only be 1-2 minutes for fries. I waited. Lady behind me got her food quick and left. I waited. Two more customers left. A worker came out and asked if I had a delux sandwich I said no . Mined you this was 15 min already if I hadn't paid I would have just left. Then this one lady came back holding a bag she was in scrubs so I figured she was on her break and she said she thinks they gave her my meal. They did.
She went in and came out about 5 minutes later and said they were making a fresh meal for me.
All in all I waited almost 25-30 minutes for food and I didn't get one apology and all she said was the guy was goofing all wasn't paying attention to orders
Ridiculous. I emailed the management no response back at all. I don't think management cares how customers are treated and I highly recommend people to not go to McDonald's I went to Burger King for my friends meal I ordered, paid and got my meal in less then 5 minutes.
Please do not go to that McDonald's unless you don't mind waiting so long and the company not caring how you...
