Palio's Pizza Cafe - Howe — Restaurant in Howe

Update: 10/7/24 - order and got home to realize hours later we didn't get our three strawberry cheesecakes. My kids were sad, they were the ones who realized. Had two people service me at the window. Food was still good. But upset my order wasn't complete. I should have known when I had to ask for the drinks. Make sure you double check your order before you leave.

We literally used to eat here all of the time. Multiple times a week even, but this last time my husband received a burnt pizza and didn’t realize it until he got home. So we called to try to get a refund and the “manager” told us he makes the pizza himself, it wasn’t burnt and we could have a refund if we drove way back up there and brought him the pizza. Wouldn’t let us send a pic or anything we would have to DRIVE to get a refund for the inconvenience they caused to regular customers. All of the teenagers working there have great customer service, the place is always clean and everything’s always so perfect, but I am so disappointed by the manager. Just moved to Howe and was very impressed with this location. I had seen and heard of them in Dallas but never tried them out but not only were they kind and delivered great service - they made a very simple mistake on a topping I ordered and when I tasted it was totally glad they did lol they let me know immediately they’d made a mistake and were incredibly gracious and offered to correct it but I never have an issue when it comes to pizza lol highly recommend them and will be a frequent customer for life now that Howe is where we found our forever home!
