Taco Bell — Restaurant in Howell

This place has so much potential. Great location, easy in and out however it is nothing but disappointment and frustration Every. Single. Time!

Details you ask? Okay let's start with the staff...I don't know if it's company policy to hire nothing but pre pubescent earthworms or not but it seems like no matter what time you go, there are at least 3 "crew members" there that can't be any older than 15-16. I understand that people have to start somewhere and fast food is a great place to start however, I have literally watched one of them shaking so much putting a quesadilla on the grill press that it fell of the spatula. Well all of this ridiculousness leads to some very long wait times. I have spent 42 minutes in drive thru, 18 minutes in the actual lobby waiting for food. Today I ordered two chicken chipotle grillers and a Baja Blast Freeze in the lobby, after ordering the girl working the register made the freeze. I then waited 15 minutes for the grillers to be made, meanwhile the freeze melted to basically water. I was the only customer in the lobby and had to stand there and watch as they served 4 drive thru customers before me. How in the actual fu*k is it okay to make a walk in customer wait while we serve multiple drive thru orders? Ohhh!! that's right the drive thru is on a timer that is checked and monitored by corporate lol. Anyway management needs to step up and actually manage their store and maybe look up fast food in the dictionary before attempting to serve people. This is a long overdue rant because this is not an isolated issue it's been going on for a long time now and I am almost at the point of going to Brighton for Taco Bell. This place has entirely let me down every-time and tonight was my last night. I am extremely dissatisfied.

The order took a minute because the guy may have been new on the cash register. Then when we arrive at the window, we get handed the bag of food, and he looks at me like I’m all done. When we haven’t been given our drinks. The screen is literally right in front of you. I don’t blame this young man, maybe he’s under pressure, maybe he’s new…

Now every-time I’ve visited my order has been missing food. And every time we have them put sauce on the order because the first several times we went they did that. They forgot the sauce too, not just messing up the food and forgetting drinks.

These people are clearly stoned which is fine, but please for the love of God would somebody train people properly so that they are comfortable doing there job.

I don’t blame the young man that messed my order, I blame management not making sure they’re employees are comfortable at the cash register. Taco Bell has been a thriving fast food company for years. Yaw gotta represent the brand more properly.

I called tonight to make a complaint and asked the manager's name and manager refused to give me the name of himself so that leads me to believe that he was not a true manager he kept on telling me it was for the safety of the employees a math that to give the managers out but when I've called before managers give their name out right away when they answered the phone so I'm going to be calling corporate and asked to speak to the general manager of the store in also it's like it's gold for them to put taco sauce in the bags when you ask for it this is a second time it's happened though young man he at the window was rude and so was the person on the phone which I don't believe was a manager he wouldn't give me his name so I cannot put his name down in this complaint so I'm just gonna have to go play it by ear when I call a corporate to complain about that store plus the food was cold and it was not like it is advertised on TV it was a horrible meal and again I've given him so Many chances for them to do it right and they refused to it's a store that I would not recommend for anyone to go to the students or the people at the window or rude and so as the manager of that store and June 9th twenny twenny one at approximately 2030 I was at the place and I call when I got home once I open my bag and found that again there was no sauce so they will not be getting any more of...
