This place has so much potential. Great location, easy in and out however it is nothing but disappointment and frustration Every. Single. Time!

Okay let's start with the staff...I don't know if it's company policy to hire nothing but pre pubescent earthworms or not but it seems like no matter what time you go, there are at least 3 "crew members" there that can't be any older than 15-16. I understand that people have to start somewhere and fast food is a great place to start however, I have literally watched one of them shaking so much putting a quesadilla on the grill press that it fell of the spatula. Well all of this ridiculousness leads to some very long wait times. I have spent 42 minutes in drive thru, 18 minutes in the actual lobby waiting for food. Today I ordered two chicken chipotle grillers and a Baja Blast Freeze in the lobby, after ordering the girl working the register made the freeze. I then waited 15 minutes for the grillers to be made, meanwhile the freeze melted to basically water. I was the only customer in the lobby and had to stand there and watch as they served 4 drive thru customers before me. How in the actual fu*k is it okay to make a walk in customer wait while we serve multiple drive thru orders? Ohhh!! that's right the drive thru is on a timer that is checked and monitored by corporate lol. Anyway management needs to step up and actually manage their store and maybe look up fast food in the dictionary before attempting to serve people. Now every-time I’ve visited my order has been missing food. And every time we have them put sauce on the order because the first several times we went they did that. They forgot the sauce too, not just messing up the food and forgetting drinks.
These people are clearly stoned which is fine, but please for the love of God would somebody train people properly so that they are comfortable doing there job.
I don’t blame the young man that messed my order, I blame management not making sure they’re employees are comfortable at the cash register. Taco Bell has been a thriving fast food company for years. Yaw gotta represent the brand more properly.
