Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Huachuca City

We ordered breakfast burritos and when we got home they had messed up on the order so we called and asked if they could fix it and the lady told us to come back so we did thinking we were gonna get our right burritos, we get there they immediately said they will not be giving us our burrito when they are the ones who had messed up the order. The staff is completely rude and was yelling at my mom when she was trying to fight them on it. We absolutely love Filiberto’s and had never had any problems ever. we unfortunately will not be going back due to the lack of accountability on their part and how rude the staff was towards us which was so unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend going to get food there because if they mess up on your order it is apparently not...

Little lady that took my cash but wouldn't even hand me my change. I extended my hand for my change and she opted to sit it on the counter instead of handing it to me. I paid for a medium drink and the same lady did not even get me my cup, she was too busy having a conversation with her coworker. I had to remind her that she never gave me my cup and she didn't even remember what size I had just ordered. You guys charge $2.35 for a small cup of sour cream, since the QUESADILLA didn't come with sour cream for some reason. You want more money and are offering less for it? I won't be returning. They just opened, and I'm thrilled to have a fast food place in Huachuca City! The service was good, but they were very busy. We ordered two combo plates, a burrito, and two drinks. The total was $48. The machaca burrito was awesome, and the chicken chimichanga was delicious (open the lid quickly if getting to go, otherwise, the trapped steam makes the chimi soggy.) The carnitas was very dry and overly charred, to the point of being burnt. The guacamole was delicious, the rice and beans were a little bland. Overall, we were pleased and are eager to try...
