my boyfriend & i are regular customers, usually we come in on a weekday night after 7pm or saturday nights, but today we came in on a 3:30pm sunday afternoon , we sat down next to the billiard tables because the bar was completely FULL. we waited for about 10 minutes for service, but then we gave up and left, we were upset and chose to call them afterwards stating how bad the service was, when we told the “girl” on the phone that we were waiting for assistance for 10 minutes she told us that we were supposed to go to the “bar” to get assistance. I have never heard of such a thing. food is great none the less , but the service is HORRIBLE ! needs change of staff and maybe someone on the floor who is supervising who is...

Our bar tender when we visited was pretty fantastic. Besides just taking our order and preparing our drinks he went out of his way to check on us and see if we need anything. He made my martini perfect for what I asked for and the burgers there are always fantastic. I loved the fries and I'm going to see if I can get lemon to try on them next time.
