Wendy's — Restaurant in Hudson

They could not hear me while I was giving the order because all the chit chat through the drive through because people were just talking so loud about whether one girl,should be called Natalie or not. I got to window and they were just talking to each other about this and other things at the window. I saw my sandwhichs made and sitting on end of the counter and the girls were talking back and forth and then the 3rd girl in the conversation just walked very slowly away while our sandwhichs just sat on counter, so I had to get the attention after Mindy, the manager came back to the drive through area and I knocked on window because we sat approx 5 minutes while our sandwhichs were waiting to just be bagged and handed to us which I had to get mindys attention and ask her to please get my order and bag it so we could go. I asked who the manager was and she said she was. Mindy. Without saying anything she bagged them and handed them to me without any eye contact or apology after I had to ask her to bag my sandwhichs which had béen made for approx 5 minutes. No apology until I asked who the manager was and she said it was her. There was no receipt and when I asked they Couldn't get pulled up and wasnt in the bag. 2nd time in 2 days no receipt and got,my order wrong 2 days before. Too many people standing literally in the drive through area and sandwhichs station chatting about their names and just wondering...

this has to be one of the worst experience i’ve ever had at any fast food place. got there around 11:20-11:30 and there was a decent line so i expected to wait but i didn’t get to the window to pay and get my food till it was just a couple minutes till they closed. ordered 2 asiago ranch clubs and said they couldn’t do both spicy which was fine then told me couldn’t do the pub fries because they didn’t have the stuff prepped and couldn’t do anything but normal fries. the girl then charged me for someone else’s food and gave me the wrong food so i told her what i had and they still got it wrong. got one out of the two asiago ranch clubs that i ordered and gave me a double cheese burger instead. the one asiago ranch club i did get had no full sized pieces of bacon, just crumbs which is absolutely ridiculous. i’ve worked fast food and in the service industry and i’m very understanding that mistakes happen but it’s just incompetence...

Employee called me an asshle because I picked up a cup she littered outside. I was eating outside in the parking lot 8/2 at 6:05 PM when a woman (average build, younger looking) with a shaved head got out of her car (she was wearing the Wendy’s uniform) and dumped a plastic cup out before throwing the cup on the ground. I went out of the car and picked up the cup, throwing it in the trash can before going back to my car. As she drove away (she had a little boy in the car mind you) she threw ANOTHER cup out of the car towards our direction and said “pick this one up asshle, I work here”. My partner also saw this happen and went in and told the manager who said they would have a talk but I think this is a bit more of just a “talking” matter since she threw a cup towards a customer’s car and called them an assh*le because they….??? Picked up her litter????? That type of person shouldn’t be in...
