Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Hugo

Braums is always my favorite place to stop for a good fast meal, and the best frozen yogurt twist(among all the old fashioned ice cream flavors of yesteryear😉 I do have a lil hiccup to report in theHugo store👀 Me and my sister and boyfriend had decided on braums while we were in the area shopping,which is Abt 45 min drive from our hometown. The 1/4 lb combo meal!!😬 I'm not a picky eater and usually when I visit the braum's but I do hafto say I was kind of disappointed with the cheeseburger, even tho I left not even a bread crumb😆 I got our tray took to the table, and proceeded to pour my fries out and dig into the burger which I was hungry for and to my taste buds surprise I barely tasted the meat and I looked at my boyfriend and he kind of gave me a look 😬 of course I just opened mine up to check it out to make sure it's all right without being too critical I would have called that a veggie burger cuz it was all vegetables and no meat Fries were wonderful as always ,staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but when we got back to car, my bf was like hey I was disappointed at that burger combo and stated..where's...

The food is always always fresh and delicious. The customer service is usually great. We finally had our first poor experience, but it had more to do with management than anything. My husband ordered one of the burger meals. When we went to pay we realized the amount was more than it normally is. The cashier rung us up a la carte for the fries and drink instead of the meal. When we told the second window they sent the manager out to give us the difference. We didn't receive our five dollars that the sign guarantees in the window. And we didn't receive an apology. Just an almost sarcastic, "here's your change."

Come to find out they didn't even give us the correct burger. It was still delicious regardless, but not what we ordered. I think management needs to step up their customer service, and stand behind...

Not sure if these people are purposely messing up orders or if they just can’t figure out how to make things right. I work in a restaurant so I’m not going to complain to the girl working upfront or anyone else for that matter because I know how it is when you have someone like that, but it’s not hard to get things right. This is the third time they’ve messed up my order, and all I asked for is no pickles. So far I’ve gotten a plain and dry, then the second time no veggies, and the third time I explained it clearly and I got a plain burger with nothing but pickles when I didn’t want them on there at all.
