Rachel's Diner — Restaurant in Humboldt

I’ve never heard of this place. I happen to look online in the morning because I knew I’d be in this area around lunchtime. I am a route driver from Memphis Tennessee and I stumbled across this little Jem. online had great reviews so I’m like it’s worth the shot. Well worth it to me best fried pork chops I’ve had in a long time that’s why I always like these little mom and pop chops. Prices are awesome better than going to a fast food chain for $10 and some change I walked out of there my belly full that included my drink and a slice of that pie along with two pork chops, mashed potatoes, macaroni and corn. My grandmother was raving about their Saturday breakfast buffet so we went today (Friday morning) we waited 40 minutes to get food, we probably would have waited longer but we went and asked our waitress where our food was. As soon as we asked she brought out our plate but it had clearly been sitting there for a while. The food was cold, and not once did she check on our drinks or asked if we needed anything. This place is such a vibe nice and friendly waiters. The lady at the front counter was such respectful and asked about our service being so delightful. The food was delicious all of the above. I ordered a philly cheese steak omelette melted in my mouth. I definitely recommend. It's worth the stop. Now the place down the street CITY GRILL which I stopped by first the customer service was horrible the atmosphere goes right along with it didn't stay to eat bc the receptionist had a very horrible nasty attitude.
