This has to be one of the worst BoJangles I have ever been to. I have given them two chances because sometimes there is off days but both times I received the absolute worst customer service. My mom went in the first time to get us breakfast as I just moved in the area. We received bo rounds instead of the fries we asked for and we also ordered 2 coffee’s and the young girl at the drive through said they were out and she didn’t know how to make coffee. So we pull to the side to wait for her to bring it out and 15 minutes goes by with no sign of the employee. My mom ends up going inside to ask where is the coffees and a employee finally comes to the door with the coffee. The lids weren’t on properly so the hot coffee got all over my mom as the lady handed it to her. We waited so long for some coffee that our food was cold. Today I went inside to place my order because the drive through was moving very slow. I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone bothered to come take my order. Not a single soul was inside waiting to order. Finally the young lady comes over to take my order and puts in the wrong thing because the employees are yelling in the back she probably couldn’t hear me. I got all the way home before I realized that I was given a regular Sausage biscuit instead of the BoBerry Sausage Biscuit I ordered. On top of being given the wrong order my fries were burnt and cold at the same time. How do you manage to mess up an order that bad when the person is standing in front of you. The girl who took my order was very nice and she is the only saving grace for this location. Overall the employees move very slowly with no sense of urgency and seem quite uneducated on the job itself (Not knowing how to make coffee). There isn’t even a person taking the order at the drive through anymore it is automated so im not sure how they could be so backed up with only 4 cars in the line. Update: I went back to get what I actually ordered and just paid for it to avoid any problems. They said it will be a 4 minute wait for the biscuit. I waited just over 10 minutes before I decided to just go inside to figure out whats the hold up. The lady tells me I wasn’t waiting since 2:37 for the order meanwhile I have a whole receipt with a time stamp on it. Just a bunch of excuses.

I want to say I appreciate Miss Dianne(or Diana). She was a manager who stepped in on Thursday, in the drive thru when one of her workers became frustrated and tried to refuse me service based on his own personal issues. I asked for Bo Fries with my meal, reading directly from the menu. Because of other customers who may get confused he was convinced I was confused and asking for Botato Rounds after breakfast. I asked him why was he complicating my order and even mentioning a breakfast item, when I was specific. He then told me I needed to stop saying “Bo.” I told him I’ll take a photo so you know what’s on your menu. He then said “Come up here with that energy.” When I asked him why was he so upset and making a big aggressive issue, he claimed he wasn’t but when I pulled up the photo to show him he closed the drive thru window in my face. I waved at him to open it and get the manager but he ignored me. He finally opened the window and said “you need to find food somewhere else cuz I’m not serving you” and closed it back and started talking to an associate. Finally a manager came up seeing the line was held up and she listened to me and offered to fix the issue. She took my order and even upgraded it free for me. Please teach associates how to deescalate and how to control their own temper. Stop thinking customers are out to get you or are dumb. Even when I was getting the food at the next window and asked for the drink be a sprite, the girl says “what? we don’t have sprite. You mean a Sierra Mist?” I then said “sure whatever your drink like a sprite is called” Instead of workers just confirming “You really meant xyz?” or saying “I’m sorry we only have XYZ” they want to try to make customers feel dumb and “put them in their place.” I understand fast food is hard but if it’s so bad you want to put negative energy on customers please just quit or find another place of employment. People shouldn’t have to deal with stress and then have to battle and argue to get simple food. Also tell the young man who decided he would rather disrespect customers than simply admit he was wrong or didn’t have all the info he should have, that pride can be one’s downfall.

This is the absolute FILTHIEST Bojangles restaurant I've ever been in! Every table in the places looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The floors were both greasy AND crunchy. No napkins, straws, condiments or utensils were to be found. When I went to the front to order, the young man at the register was texting on his phone. He said "hold dude, I gotcha," then continued texting. After he was done, he said that it was his momma, and then took my order. They only got one thing wrong (they forgot the sweet potato pie I ordered), but at this point, I considered that pretty good to only screw up slightly. All the whole, you could hear the kitchen staff screaming and laughing like they were at a Saturday night rave. I mean LOUD! Apparently, they were all unaware that they were at work. While we're talking about the kitchen stuff, let's talk about the kitchen. The filth and mess extended from the dining area into the kitchen. You could see garbage, straw wrappers, and food debris all over the floor. The food was okay but a little bit greasy and colder than it should be. Overall, I would suggest that anybody in this area skip this. Bojangles and go buy some lunch meat at the Walmart on the other side of the parking lot to make your own sandwiches. It'll be about the same quality of food but bound to be a lot cleaner.

Every time i come here i get old food. It's disgusting! I came for breakfast a couple weeks ago and got a rubbery chicken biscuit that tasted old, and fries that were old. I gave it another shot a few days later for lunch. I ordered a chicken supremes combo with fries and tea. The chicken was ok but the fries were old and stale tasting. I was at the Wal Mart picking something up for work today and I did not have time to go anywhere else so it was either Mcdonald's or Bojangles and I went with Bojangles. This time I asked for hot fries. when i got to the window my order was already ready. I asked if the fries were fresh, and the cashier said yeah, taste one. I tasted one and it was not fresh as usual, but it was not as bad as my two previous times. Rather than argue I just took the food and went back to work. I bit into the supreme and it was rubbery and nasty. Even when the supremes are old they are usually not rubbery. But i could not easily tear it in half, that is how rubbery it was. It tasted wierd , and the other 2 strips were just the same. I don't understand how fast food restaurants can be so awful. Most of the time you will atleast catch them on a good day sometimes. Not this place! they can't even accidentally give me good food. Bojangles is becoming the Burger King of chicken places. I won't be surprised if we see them start closing stores in the south just like Burger KIng. I had to leave this review just to warn people. I am a frequent Bojangles customer, but I won't be coming here for atleast 6 months. As my family says, " we are putting them on ice for a while". In this economy who wants to waste money on over priced fast food that is...
