Hemp & Tea Company — Restaurant in Huntersville

I am a fairly new customer and my husband and I first visited your shop in Huntersville in search of a brewery/alcohol alternative. I have recently been diagnosed with kidney disease and the medications they have me take have been wrecking my body. The medications make my body jittery, give me insomnia, muscle aches, and make me immunocompromised. Due to the side effects and what's next in my care plan, I also had to stop smoking combustible flowers, so the tea and edibles seemed like a good alternative. When entering the shop, I felt at ease immediately and the tea tenders were extremely helpful in guiding me to what I needed to help me sleep at night. We also found beverages without Hemp & CBD that we LOVE and others that do contain those active ingredients that give some fun side effects that alcohol would have, without the damaging effects of booze. Thanks to these teas, options, and how close the shop is to our home, I really do feel like our relationship with alcohol will forever be changed, and I am so stoked about that! I have been coming to this shop essentially since it opened and their products have been a godsend. I have experienced great relief of anxiety and pain from the CDB tinctures and salves, unlike anything else I've tried from any other company (especially the bigger names...). Their flower is also excellent and I especially appreciate that they toss it rather than spray it for coating purposes, the much healthier alternative. The service and quality of products here is SUPERIOR to all other stores I've checked out in the area. Their loyalty program is great, and I'm always offered freshly brewed tea when I visit.

UPDATE - I did share a concern in my original review re: the potential discontinuation of my favorite line of products and have since received a call from the company to reassure me it isn't going anywhere solely bc of the review I left - kudos to management because while I'm not surprised by the level of customer support it should be applauded. I’ve been a customer of Hemp and Tea now for 2 years for very good reasons. Not only does Hemp and Tea sell high quality products but also their staff gives equally excellent service. When I’ve contacted Hemp and Tea with questions, their staff was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. For example; I called to clarify my knowledge about the different levels of Delta and about CBN and CBD and their effects. A wonderful young lady, Rachel, was very helpful with information that enabled me to make an informed decision about what tea and gummy the meet my individual needs. Then there is Mike who recently contacted me to let me that a quantity of my favorite gummy was not available and offered an increased quantity at no additional cost!
