We pulled up to the drive-thru ordered. Our food went up to the first window paid. They told us to go to the door and park and wait after waiting 20 minutes that nobody came out and brought us our food until about 25 minutes later. Then somebody came out with the food and gave it to us. I noticed that everything was wrong in the order. There were things in there we didn't order and there was stuff with mayonnaise and what not that we didn't want and asked not to have. When we went back around we were polite and said hey. Can we just get a refund for our food? We'll give our food back. This isn't our order and this isn't right. The kid went and got his general manager. The general manager came up and stared at me RANDY STILL I explained to him what happened he said there was a problem with our generation and that he's not psychic I said please can we just get our refund. He said no. You're going to sit here and listen to me. Complain about your generation and then I'll give you your refund we found this to be extremely rude and his business has lost our business. Read moreNot sure what is going on at this Wendy's. Never, have I had my entire order messed up by any restaurant, ever. Some of the problem is likely the drive through system. It was cutting out badly. And our receipt showed several mistakes right from the start. We ordered 2 Frosties and got 2 frosty coffee drinks of some sort. 2 Jr bacon cheeseburger no tomato were correct on receipt, but came with tomato. Drink no ice was also correct on receipt but came with ice. Spicy chicken no onion was wrong on receipt so came with onion. We didn't even get the spicy chicken combo or a fish sandwich that was on the receipt when they gave us our order. 4 sandwiches, 3 drinks, batting zero. I guess they technically got the fish right, but they didn't give it to us so nope. Luckily we checked all this at the window so got it all worked out, but that's a pretty abysmal performance. I blame the system for about half of the problems, but staff clearly was having problems as well. Read moreMy husband and I were in town to pick up auction items. We stopped at Wendy's because I wanted to try the new saucy, boneless wings. It was late afternoon, and they weren't too busy.
We waited about five minutes for fresh nuggets. I could tell when I opened the container that I'd gotten spicy garlic parmesan instead of the regular. My husband enjoyed his Baconator and fries and asked if I wanted to get more nuggets. I said no, but I wanted Frosty.
I told John, the man working, about the nuggets, and he insisted on making me a new order. He was super friendly and accommodating. There was only one other person working. They were hopping.
