Ok I got a rad story to tell. So Im sitting in my business management class at long Beach and my professor has us group up and he tells us to think of a company that has a competitive advantage over another company. My group comes up with Lil ceez. The Prof asks each group what advantage each company has and the group right before us had dominos. They told the class their competitive advantage was they they are better than ceez... Like wat? My group was hurt by this and we expressed our hurt in our reasons for why Lil ceez Is numba one! Reason 1 five bucks for a pizza. 2. It's hot and ready 3 it's legit five bucks tho and we are all broke college students. The Prof has a good laugh and lets us have a quick break. My group is still in disbelief someone said dominos over ceez so we are still talking about it. My professor comes over and says guys you're all making me hungry and I suggest we go show dominos who's boss by grabbing us some pizza for the class. My group looks at each other and we agree I shall be the one to grab the tasty pizza. I mob over to my car on my skateboard, hop in my car and screech away to ceez. I grab 2 pizzas and make it back and walk through the door with 2 hot pizzas. My teacher smiles, my group smiles, the dominos group is upset, and I go over to them and show them what competitive advantage looks like. People clapped. I think someone was crying. It was beautiful. But here's where it gets better. The end of the semester was near and I took the final and needed like a 72 on it. I got a 70 which landed Me with a 79.4 or something suuuper boarderline. I emailed the professor and reminded him of the time I brought pizza in to class. Guess who ended up with a B in the class. Guys little ceez gets the five stars because it is clearly numba one. It saved me from getting a C. Support your little ceez. Thank you.
Update*: I ordered yesterday 6/15/20 at 6:30 using the app. My phone said the pizza should be ready at 6:50. It was not ready till 7:30 (a whole hour after I ordered 2 pizzas). This was frustrating. There were only 2 employees working. There was a line. And lil ceez had no competitive advantage today :( I have to say I'm a little...
Read moreMaybe I’m paranoid with this whole Covid-19 pandemic 😷, but I opted to order and pay online, to pick-up at portal within shop. I requested a specific time, so as to simply enter, grab and go, with NO interaction or communication. Beside the covid issue, I have MS (multiple sclerosis), so I’m unable to walk or stand for long periods of time. Once reaching said location at specified time, I acknowledged all the patrons standing around door and made my trek to portal (p/u locale). Quickly I realize portal is empty and note the time as one minute after the time I specified. Now forced to interact, I ask employee about order, he asks if I have another name it could be under and another employee yells “I’m putting it in the oven now!” Unable to stand much longer, I attempt to cancel... Only to have the 2nd employee tell me they were busy that day and I need to simply wait like everyone else. I explain I cannot and as I turn to leave, she blurts “WTF is your problem?” I placed and paid for my order 1.5hrs before the specified time, so I don’t understand her concept of “busy”. I immediately took the survey in hopes of rectifying aforementioned payment, only to never receive my so-called ‘courtesy-call’. I’m out $11.00, but I guess it’s the price of learning...
Read moreThere's good and bad here. The food is good, one of the best little caesar's I've gone to if you get it fresh and during the day hours. What I don't like is 2 simple things, first they lie to you, if I ask how long a pizza will take don't tell me 5 minutes unless it's only going to take 5 minutes, otherwise I'll order another pizza if you're not going to let me call ahead.
Today I finally decide to actually wait for something featured, haven't even eat a piece yet, and half of it's on the floor. Why? Because they refuse to just cut the pizza right here. I thought it was the kids, but this time I watched the owner do it. That ticks me off because that means it wasn't people not paying attention all along. They're purposely cutting the pizza this way for some reason, where the pizza slices aren't fully cut, and aren't cut nearly enough to not drag half if not the entire pizza with them to the floor when someone tries to grab a slice. If you have time to re-cut your pizza it's great, but it's just annoying. Why make us do this? Reliably never...
