I called the Pizza Hut located at 3176 Florance Ave in Huntington Park CA 90255, and I was told to wait on hold but before I was able to say ok I was placed on hold. I waited for a while for almost an hour. I called back, and I was put on hold without a greeting. I thought to my self well they might be busy, but their horrible customer service is inexcusable. I decided to call my next closes Pizza Hut, and I was told that there not able to deliver to my residence that I had to call the Pizza Hut near my home for pizza delivery. I advise the gentleman that I called twice and put on hold. The gentleman adive his location was not able to deliver to me. So I ended up calling a different Pizza Hut to place my order because, at this time, I was not feeling comfortable that my food would be made right. I ended up ordering and picking up my pizza from a different location. I have to say that this was not a pleasant experience.
I decided to give the only Pizza Hut that’s able to deliver to my home a try after the female supervisor had called me and apologized for the horrible experience I received the first time. When I called the the only Pizza Hut that delivers to my home again at 3176 Florence Ave Huntington Park CA they straight put me on hold with out asking. I guess the employees are higher than the supervisor and get to do there on thing. I decided to call a different Pizza Hut and ask if I had credit that the female supervisor at the Pizza Hut at 3176 Florence in Huntington Park offered me as and apology the first time and I was told I had no credit. I called back 5 times, same results. Finally I waited patiently on the phone the sixth try. Some voice recorded machine came out and repeated the same thing over and over. I hung up and called another 6 times, I knew someone would eventually get tired of the phone going off and puting me on hold with no word. Finally a young lady answered and asked if I can hold on. I called the restaurant directly to see if they could fix it for me because they’re the ones that made the mistake, the girl that answered was extremely rude to me.
