I am extremely upset with my experience at this Subway. I came in 15 minutes before closing after a long day at work, expecting the same service I’ve always received at other locations. The employee on duty had just helped two people in front of me, but when it was my turn, he flat-out refused to serve me. I guess management should change location hours who to 10:30. I asked for just one Sandwich and he walks to the back and shut the open light. That kind of lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I should never be treated this way. I will never return to this location, and I hope management seriously addresses this issue because no customer deserves to be treated like that.
