I called in a carry out order for a 12 inch meatball sub extra meatballs and a 6 inch sub I went and I picked it up. The girl was very polite. Very nice. I got home and the meatballs were crumbled in ground up. The bread was soggy and falling apart. We couldn’t even pick it up so when I called back to see if I could get it replaced, she put me on hold to call her boss and she said that she couldn’t do it today if I wanted to get a new sub tomorrow I could come in tomorrow and get it. I didn’t want it tomorrow. This place SAVED my wedding yesterday, our catering cancelled on my wedding day @noon and my mom called this place and the owner communicated with her personally & got us 30 pizzas, 360 breadsticks, and salad for 150 people by 6:00pm!! He even went to the store & got supplies to bring all the food to us in! AND he delivered it himself! I am SO grateful for this business for saving my wedding day & making a chaotic issue manageable. Ordered online, for a certain time, hours in advance. Food never showed up and when I called there was no answer with a voice mail saying they're working on the ovens, they charged my card and i never got my food, Update been over a month now and still have not received a refund or anything, they say they're still looking into it with the accountant
