The Wife and I stopped in today to look at some couches with a chaise. We were just planning on looking not buying. My wife said if we get someone following us around the store pressuring us we are out of here. Then we met Ivy. She did not pressure us at all and was very knowledgeable we showed her pictures of our living room with the setup we wanted. She talked us out of some combinations that we probably wouldn't have been satisfied with and would of cost us more. This is the most comfortable I have been in any retail or automobile dealership. You have a GEM on your hands with this lady and we hope your are taking good care of her. We definitely will be back when we need any more furniture. Are they the cheapest around ?? No but they are very well priced for the quality they do sell. We paid just a little more then we would of paid for a couch and chaise at somewhere like Big Lots. Thank You Ivy it was like discussing furniture with a family member. UPDATE: Had the furniture delivered yesterday and the delivery guys did a wonderful job. We having nothing but good things to say about this...

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Smith Furniture. After moving to a totally different style home, we were getting frustrated trying to decide what would be the right choice for us. Even after ordering the fabric we loved and finding the piece to be discontinued , they were able to help with us with a second choice and find something that probably suited us even better! They took our old furniture in on trade to sell in their used furniture store and brought the 2 couches and chairs today and we love the whole grouping. We recommend Ivey and the whole staff at Smith. They were very helpful. Worth the drive down from FW and loved lunch at the train station...
