Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Huntsville

I used the drive thru and the girl motioned for me to hold on for a minute, which was fine. I pulled up in line and she and another girl immediately went to the grassy middle in the area, completely forgetting I was there. I asked to take my order and got an electric berry (blue raspberry and lime) Italian soda and an orange cranberry muffin top.

When I pulled up a girl brought out my stuff, but when she handed it to me, she whirled around and some of my drink spilled on me. It's pretty obvious the employees here are more interested in getting back to sitting around.

The muffin top was cold and hard, like someone had left it out to thaw after being in the freezer. The drink tasted NOTHING like blue raspberry or lime.

When I tried to leave, the guy at the drive thru window was talking with someone in a car, and this went on for 5 minutes. No food exchanged hands, and I had to back up within the lane to leave. Another person behind me had to do the same. It was apparent he was in his own little world and didn't even acknowledge that there were people behind the person he was chatting with.

I was excited about this location, but I don't want to pay money for flavorless drinks and...

The staff at our Dutch Bros. are all so sweet! Honestly… they're the best. The customer service they provide is ALWAYS exceptional! I hate to say it Starbucks… your people could really learn a thing or two (or ten!) from the team at Dutch Bros. They don't ever act irritated that you walked in the door and they actually have to make you a coffee. Not to mention that their prices are WAY BETTER too. Their not charging you like their coffee is made of gold and diamonds. Oh… and our doggo loves their Pup Cups (because It's not just a teaspoon of whipped cream - it's a good sized cup with an extra little treat in there!). There Bobba teas are phenomenal too. Highly recommend this Dutch Bros if you're in the vicinity! Absolutely love this place for all my coffees, energy drinks, and Pup cups. A mountain ton of options I personally grab mochas (Almost all of the drinks if I'm honest) regularly and some snackies. Mix & match, select a menu option, ask for a recommendation, or go with what you know, never disappoints!
