I would like to be fair in giving this review because I have ate at this location many times before and for the most part have had great customer experience. Food/customer service was never a problem. I guess it really depends who is on shift and what day you come in. Well today me and my husband came in and ordered 2 small whopper meals online order should I mention. I also ordered a milk shake for myself. So we get to drive through they were particularly busier than usual. Usually this place is a dessert with a customer or two inside or drive through. I let them know I placed my order online the man seemed a little confused which confused me I had to look at my order and make sure I was at the right location. So he then follows by telling me they have no mix for the shake and he would refund me. Okay no biggie. We get to window and on my receipt there is still the milk shake I asked the man about it He said he didn’t know how I would get the refund. I guess just reach out to the app he says. Okay I guess no biggie so we get our food. We park in lot to eat and we open our packages for our food. I have a habit of always checking my food before I consume because you never know. Anyways I open my burger to a sloppy slimy burnt mess. I wanted to vomit. I don’t know what this was that was in my whopper but because of this I will never eat at this location. Just horrible. Read moreWell, I gave them another chance (see review from last visit below) and it wasn't much better. This time I went drive through. Same attitude, same chaos. This store should be off the Burger King map entirely.
That's the end of my experimenting with this place.
And believe it or not, at one time it was a good place.
Horrible. Worst fast food experience ever. Stopped for lunch around 11:30. Needed mens room so I went inside. Then the fun begins. A counter girl was washing the entry door glass. As I entered I heard some under the breath mumbling. Guess I was supposed to wait instead of using the other door not being cleaned. Then I waited at the counter while the manager was ranting at the kitchen staff and then on the phone to someone about closing the place at 2:30 if the next person in line didn't show up because 'It's not her job description to stay over'. Meanwhile, still waiting. Then more ranting when the other girl got back behind the counter. Couple that with the nonworking ice dispenser, no lids of the appropriate size for my drink. Food handed without a thank you or the offering of onion ring sauce. Overall a really poor display of professionalism. I thought I was on Hell's Kitchen for a minute. If it was me, I would have fired them on the spot and shut down until restaffed. Unfortunately this is all to prevalent in fast food today. I'm sorry you don't like your job. Read moreI just left here. All I wanted was to quickly grab my lunch so I could go back to work. As I pulled up to the drive thru, I was told I need to come in because I placed an mobile order. Asked the manager (whom i assumed was new) (to which she said "i aint never seen your face before") why did not need to come in to get my order. She stated that she wanted to make things faster. (yet there was NO one in line)! She stated that they dont make the food til the customer gets there. So, Im like that is REAL Inconvenience to customers. IF i had been in any other situation that allowed me not to exit my vehicle for my order then what would have been done?? I would of been jus out of luck right? So, what the difference between someone with a mobile order and someone ordering at the box? We all still have to wait to get our food done, correct? Its just somethings you really have to sit down and think about. I always dread coming to this location and every time I try to spend my money here I remember why I shouldn't. Today was my last day going to this establishment. The manager needs more assistance on how to run the store properly and efficiently.
