Skyway Doghouse — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

If you're a foodie like myself and you love trying excellent restaurants and tasting exceptional food do not go here I repeat do not go here! I ordered a fish sandwich and a nacho cheese with chili, some way somehow they forgot to put the chili on there. Honestly I would rather eat a nacho from the Dollar tree then to ever have nachos from here again. The cheese was lukewarm and the tortillas were bland I honestly felt like I was eating cardboard dipped in water. The nacho here makes the movie theater nachos seem like food for royalty! The fish fillet was an extreme disappointment as it was extremely bland and flavorless (It even had tartar sauce on it, like how do you get a flavorless sandwich with tartar sauce on it?) Not to mention I've ordered from here before maybe a month or two ago. I got a hot dog and some fries and it was the plainest nastiest flavorless hot dog and french fries that I've ever eaten in my life!! I'm extremely disappointed and I know now that it's not just my taste buds it's the food here! I'm extremely displeased and I'm also annoyed with the fact that when I tell them my order it's always something that they are forgetting to put on my food that's very concerning especially considering the fact that we're in the middle of inflation so nobody has money to just waste. If I could have gave this place zero Stars I would have but obviously I gave it one because I wanted to write a review. Subject:bad attitude, except Mary. Receipt info: 13:06:56. (2nd receipt due to owing extra due to incorrect order). Ordered a hot dog special. Asked just ketchup and i said, no, everything. She asked coke? I said no, rootbeer. She repeated the order. I got to the window and it was a hotdog , mustard only no special, no drink. I told Mary that this is not what I ordered. The girl who took the order, orange shirt, yelled, with a terrible attitude, that's what she said. I started to speak and say, no, she repeatedmy order back and she cut me off and said very rudely and mean, she did not say that. Etc. Extremely bad attitude that should reconsider working for a highly reputable company. I live in indiana but work at a big company , where many frequent this establishment. I feel hesitant to come back as it gave me a intimidating feeling. If it were not for Mary, I probably would have canceled my order. All need to follow the easy going , personable attitude of Mary who obviously respects the company she works for and enjoys pleasing customers...

The one and only time I visited this establishment, I had a terrible experience. My party and I placed our order to dine in and immediately after placing the order my guest requested the key to utilize the lavatory. The employee informed him he couldn't access it stating, "It was Out of Order". Shortly thereafter, I noticed someone of another nationality requested the key, they quickly allowed the individual to acquire access. I immediately went inside and got the key after the other party finished with it. I asked to speak with the manager and the lady at the counter informed me the owner was not present. Upon return of the restaurant on this past Thursday, I requested to speak with him and did so. Consequently, nothing was resolved. He made excuses about the mistreatment. The food was fresh and tasty. But respect is foremost important. I will never return to this establishment. I gave the owner a fair chance to come up with a resolution.
