Urban Luxe Cafe — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

MORE LIKE URBAN FLUXE CAFE .. Warning this is CAFE not a restaurant!!! I ordered the little chicken sliders and I’m highly disappointed at the fact that my chicken was frozen Tyson chicken tenders … my gf got wings they were rubbery and not appealing at all . Not sure how you burn chicken in a AIR FRYER.But they did. No refunds or exchanges are expected which is really crazy. Not to mention the customer service sucked. They were all snappy and sarcastic about the Situation and over all just not Helpful towards the customer.

The man forgot to give us our chips when and we went back to tell them the food was nasty and we didn’t receive our stuff the lady asked did we forget them.. and we never even got them. The man then admitted he forgot to give us the chips and the lady didn’t even acknowledge it .. definitely 35.67 down the drain .. The Portion size wasn’t even worth it .!!

There was also a another Manger ,that didn’t start until 5:30 .. who offered to go make the same frozen food .. as if it wasn’t gonna still be frozen …

The initial guy who took our order awkwardly asked us ti take a number and go wait on our food across the room ..after we asked him was the food frozen . Like be for real.

The lady did offer us ice cream.. but we declined because we came for food . They could have at least made us a fresh dish and took our food and gave it to some one in need . As it was never even touched…
