Would give zero if I could. I ordered a pizza about two months ago, got home the pizza was wrong. I called up there and they asked me to come back and get the right pizza. I said I live 15-20 mins away, just wanted to let you know someone else will get a wrong pizza as well. They said we apologize and next time you call we will replace that pizza for free. Awesome news... I call about a month later and they had no idea what I was talking about, said they couldnt honor that and would not replace the pizza. I said how would i know to call and say that if i wasnt told that, I wouldn't lie about it I'm just asking you to replace the one pizza and even ordered more. It was hot, I had a bad day, it was late and the family was hungry so I said okay fine I will take my order but I know who not to order from again next time. The lady said that's fine, like she didn't need our business. Picked up my order and all was good. Well tonight my husband said Gino's sounds good, I was hesitant but thought okay we can order from a local business just 1 bad experience, move on and past it.... so I call to find out my number had been blocked by their business. Seriously, I wasn't rude or yell or scream and become biligerant. I guess I could understand if I was... best of luck with your business you...
Read moreYesterday my family got together from out of town and we ordered 8 pizzas. 2 Pepperoni, 2 Cheese, 2 Bacon, and 2 Sausage. I understand they are doing this for liability purposes but as a person with a food allergy they need to be more specific about the allergens that are not safe. There were no nuts on the menu but they were still included in the...
Read moreJust called this place for the 1st time to order a pizza. I provided my address and some dimwitted woman named Tara, claiming to be a manager, says, We cant find it I'm going to go look on the Big Map. I tell her its an new sub and wont be on it. She dereisively says You can change your attitude. Paused I said I wasn't giving you one and two I have a real profession and don't take orders from pizza cooks. I then asked when the owner would be in to pass along my 2 cents about her obvious behavioral disorder. She quickly responds Sunday and hangs up.
May want to pass on this joint.
UPDATE. After speaking with the owner, we got the issue resolved. Pizza has been fantastic and nice to see responsive mgmt that truly addresses customer...
