Where do I begin? Well, lets start at when we first entered. The table we were seated at still had dirty dishes and drops of something on the table. The hostess apologized and removed the dishes, but didn't wipe down the table. We weren't given menus until the waitress finally arrived at our table and gave them to us. After ten minutes, she came back to ask us what we would like to order. We order what we want, but she tells us those items are not available. What!?! Why didn't you tell us that when you handed us the menus? Is it the customer's job to guess what is available? Now, it is our fault for not getting up and leaving at that point, but we are the type of people that give chances. Our mistake. While waiting for our food, we realize that this place is now closed. Waitstaff are cleaning tables and cashing out customers and such. Two maintenance men walk in carrying a 12 foot ladder and start climbing in the ceiling rafters. So, instead of telling us when we first walked in that they close at 9 p.m., they accepted us. 20 minutes go by and no food, yet. Finally the waitress gets to our table with our food, but before she could hand us the sirloin steak, a waiter grabs it from her and says "this was meant for another table". Oh my god! Are we on a hidden camera show? Are we being pranked? Sadly, no. Now we wait another 5 minutes for the steak to arrive. You know that feeling you get that workers want you to eat fast and leave so that they can go home? That is what the vibe was. The entire experience had no redeeming qualities. All items on the menu are overpriced, as well. You would think the quality of the food would be much better than Applebees or Red Robin. It is actually at or below those. I highly suggest skipping this place if you are ever at this casino. If you get hungry, choose anyplace but this one to eat at. If you'll notice, no one from management has responded to any of the reviews below. That in and of itself shows that they don't care. They probably figure that there will always be new customers to take the place of us who will never...
Read moreWe came here for my birthday dinner. Honestly, we were all appalled by the service. We came in as a party of 4, 3 of which ordered the prime rib special. One prime rib was simply perfect!! The other 2 were extremely under done. I had to flag a waiter down multiple times to get my water refilled, to the point that I requested a larger glass since I was not being attended to. Our waiter, Jesse, never even came back to ask "how's your meal?" We had to flag someone down to complain about the meat, and by that time, everyone else was done eating. We ordered cheesecake. It took so long to get the cheesecake that we actually flagged down the manager to cancel the cake and beg for our check. They were kind enough to comp the worst meal, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The restaurant was not busy, and there appeared to be plenty of staff on duty. They were constantly walking by, but paying us no attention. We ordered the prime rib dinners and by the end, we were just disgusted with this establishment. The prime rib was supposed to be a discounted price on Sunday, but they didn't even ask. They handed us our check. We paid. He brought back the card and we didn't even receive a "thanks for coming in." He literally just said," sign here and you're all set." The manager was just as cold and distant. Between the awful service, the poorly made (yet expensive) food, and the overpayment, I'm truly disgusted. I expected quite a lot from this establishment that "highly recommends" reservations, and I was highly disappointed. We were sat down shortly after 6, and we didn't get our check until almost 8pm. If you're considering dining at the casino, don't go here. I must say, the only good part of this experience was the company I had with me. The rest was a...
Read moreWe had dinner here on Christmas Eve with our daughter. The snow was falling outside with the lights on the trees. Could not have been a more beautiful ambiance and scenery. The service was outstanding beginning in the lounge and continuing throughout our dinner. My husband has a severe shellfish allergy and the waitress was attentive, made suggestions and assured us of the care they would take to make sure he was safe. It was refreshing to have someone who took such pains to get it right. When the food came, it was absolutely delicious. My prawn appetizer was delectable and the arugula salad flavorful and unique. I had a Spanish sparkling wine with those courses. My salmon came perfectly cooked and that rarely happens with salmon in my experience. My husband had a Caesar Salad and his raviolis were in a wonderful sauce. Both were satisfying and had no cross contamination as we have had at other fine dining venues in the area. They were true to their word. He had the cranberry apple crisp for dessert and liked that as well. My daughter had the Chinook salad and loved it. She is very picky and has an excellent palate and loved the flavors and the presentation. She followed this with the Scallops and they did not disappoint. She also commented on her well-made dirty gin martinis. Another rarity. All in all the experience was excellent. We are returning tomorrow night for another great dinner. I...
